Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     kobalthaltigen        Azofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein       Verfahren    zur     Herstellung    eines     kobalthalti-          geil        Azofarbstoffes.    Das Verfahren ist da  dureh     ;,ekennzeiehnet,    dass man dianotiertes  2     Amino-phenol--1-äthylsiilforl    mit     Acetessig-          säui,e-3'-chlor-anilid    kuppelt und die erhaltene  Verbindung, mit     kobaltabgebenden    Mitteln be  handelt.  



  Der erhaltene neue,     kobalthaltige        Azo-          farbstoff    stellt ein gelbbraunes Pulver dar,  das Wolle aus neutralem oder schwach  saurem Bade in gelben Tönen von sehr     guter           aseh-,    Walk-, Seewasser-, Reib- und     Licht-          eehtheit    färbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  20,1 Teile     2-AnLino-piienol-4-äthyl-sidfon           -erden    in 250 Teilen heissem Wasser mit  7.7,5 Teilen     konz.    Salzsäure gelöst, auf 5   abgekühlt und mit einer     33proz.    Natrium  nitritlösung (entsprechend 6,9 Teilen     Na-          triumnitrit        100%)        dianotiert.        Durch        Zugabe     von     Natriumbicarbonat    stellt man neutral       und    giesst die     Diazoniumverbindung    bei 0-5   in eine Lösung von 22,

  2 Teilen     Acetessig-          säure-3'-ehlor-anilicl,    11     Volumteilen        lOn-Na-          ti-oillauge        Lind    12 Teilen wasserfreier Soda in  800 Teilen Wasser. Nach Beendigung der       Farbstoffbildung    filtriert man den ausgefal  lenen Farbstoff ab und wäscht ihn mit     verd.       Kochsalzlösung aus. Danach schlämmt man  ihn in 800 Teilen Wasser von 80  an, gibt  60 Teile     Kobaltaeetatlösung    (entsprechend  3,54 Teilen Kobalt). zu, erhitzt während  3 Stunden auf 80 , stellt durch Zugabe von  Soda alkalisch und erhitzt noch weitere  3 Stunden auf 80-85 .

   Hierauf gibt man  Kochsalz zu, bis der     kobalthaltige    Farbstoff  vollständig ausgefallen ist, filtriert ab und  trocknet. Der neue Farbstoff, ein     gelbbra.i-          nes    Pulver, färbt. Wolle aus neutralem oder  sehwach saurem Bade in     gelbem    Tönen von  sehr guter Wasch-, Walk-, Seewasser-,     Reib-          und    Lichtechtheit.

  The new, cobalt-containing azo dye obtained is a yellow-brown powder which dyes wool from a neutral or weakly acidic bath in yellow shades of very good fastness to aseh, milled, seawater, rubbing and light.



  <I> Example: </I> 20.1 parts of 2-AnLino-piienol-4-ethyl-sidfon -erden in 250 parts of hot water with 7.7.5 parts of conc. Dissolved hydrochloric acid, cooled to 5 and with a 33 per cent. Sodium nitrite solution (corresponding to 6.9 parts of 100% sodium nitrite) is dianotized. By adding sodium bicarbonate, the mixture is neutralized and the diazonium compound is poured into a solution of 22 at 0-5.
