Description

  

  Verfahren     zur    Herstellung eines komplexen Kupfersalzes von     Isonicotinsäurehydrazid.       Gegenstand der vorliegenden     Erfindung     ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen  komplexen Kupfersalzes des     Isonicotinsäure-          hydrazids,    dem mutmasslich die folgende For  mel zukommt

    Das Verfahren gemäss der vorliegenden       Erfindung    ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass       Pyridin-4-carbonsäurehydrazid,    vorzugsweise  in wässeriger Lösung, mit     Cuprisulfat    zur  Umsetzung gebracht wird.  



  Die neue Verbindung besitzt wertvolle  therapeutische     Eigenschaften;    sie ist insbeson  dere gegen Tuberkulose wirksam und soll des  halb als Heilmittel verwendet werden.  



  Die     Umsetzung    zwischen den Reaktions  komponenten wird     zweckmässigerweise    so  durchgeführt, dass eine wässerige Lösung des       Cuprisulfats    einer' wässerigen     Lösung    von       Pyridin-4-earbonsäurehydrazid    bei Raumtem  peratur zugesetzt     wird.    Es erfolgt dabei au  genblicklich Ausfällung     eines    hell grünblau  gefärbten, kristallinen Niederschlages, der aus  dem 2 Moleküle Kristallwasser enthaltenden  komplexen Salz des     Pyridin-4-carbonsäure-          hydrazids    mit     Cuprisulfat    besteht.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  Einer Lösung von 14,0 Gewichtsteilen       P3ridin-4-carbonsäurehydrazid    in 50     Volum-          teilen    Wasser wird bei Raumtemperatur eine  Lösung von 22,5     Gewichtsteilen    Kupfersulfat  und 8,4 Gewichtsteilen     Natriumaeetat    in 100       Volumteilen    Wasser zugesetzt. Es fällt so  gleich ein hell grünblau gefärbter Nieder  schlag aus, der     abfiltriert,    mit Wasser, Alko  hol und Äther gewaschen und getrocknet wird.  Es werden hellblaue Kristalle erhalten. Die  Ausbeute ist praktisch gleich dem theoreti  schen Wert.

    The process according to the present invention is characterized in that pyridine-4-carboxylic acid hydrazide, preferably in aqueous solution, is reacted with cupric sulfate.



  The new compound has valuable therapeutic properties; it is particularly effective against tuberculosis and should therefore be used as a remedy.



  The reaction between the reaction components is expediently carried out in such a way that an aqueous solution of cupric sulfate is added to an aqueous solution of pyridine-4-carboxylic acid hydrazide at room temperature. A light green-blue colored, crystalline precipitate is immediately precipitated, which consists of the complex salt of pyridine-4-carboxylic acid hydrazide with cupric sulfate containing 2 molecules of water of crystallization.

      <I> Example: </I> A solution of 14.0 parts by weight of p3ridine-4-carboxylic acid hydrazide in 50 parts by volume of water is added at room temperature to a solution of 22.5 parts by weight of copper sulfate and 8.4 parts by weight of sodium acetate in 100 parts by volume of water. A light green-blue colored precipitate falls out immediately, which is filtered off, washed with water, alcohol and ether and dried. Light blue crystals are obtained. The yield is practically the same as the theoretical value.

Kupfersalzes von Isonicotinsäure- hydrazid, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Pyri- din-4-carbonsäurehydrazid mit Cuprisulfat zur Umsetzung gebracht wird. Das erhaltene Komplexsalz ist eine hell blaue kristalline Substanz, die als Heilmittel verwendet werden soll. UNTERANSPRUCH: Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umsetzung in wäs seriger Lösung durchgeführt wird. PATENT CLAIM: Process for the production of a complex.
