Description

       

      Trichtervorrichtung        mit        Verschluss.            Die    Erfindung betrifft eine Verbesserung  der im Hauptpatent beschriebenen Trichter  vorrichtung mit Verschluss und mit in einem  mit Ablaufrohr versehenen äussern Trichter  angeordnetem, zweitem, ebenfalls mit     Ablauf-          1'ohr        versehenem    innerem Trichter gleicher       Konizität,    aber von grösserem Volumen, der  im äussern ersten Trichter axial beweglich ein  gesetzt ist und den ersten Trichter überragt,  wobei ein Ventilkörper mit dem äussern Trich  ter fest verbunden ist, welcher Ventilkörper  die Auslauföffnung des zweiten innern Trich  ters schliesst,

   wenn dieser angehoben wird. Die  zusätzliche Erfindung ist. dadurch gekenn  zeichnet, dass am untern Ende des Ablauf  rohres des äussern Trichters ein dieses Ende  fassender konischer Zusatztrichter mit einem       Auslaufrohr    zum Füllen von Flaschen mit  kleinster Öffnung abnehmbar angesetzt ist.  



  Der     Erfindungsgegenstand    ist auf der  Zeichnung in einer beispielsweisen Ausfüh  rungsform im Schnitt dargestellt.  



  Im äussern Trichter 1 mit Ablaufrohr 2  ist axial verschiebbar das Ablaufrohr 5 eines  innern Trichters 4 angeordnet. Mit dem un  tern Ende des Ablaufrohres 2 ist fest durch  eine Stange 6 der Ventilkörper 7 verbunden.  Bei     Gebraneli    des Trichters trägt das Ablauf  rohr 2 des äussern Trichters 1 den innern  Trichter 4 durch das in seiner Öffnung  ruhende Ablaufrohr 5, wodurch ein freier  Querschnitt zwischen Ventilkörper 7 und dem  lichten Querschnitt des Ablaufrohres 5 an       dessen    oberem Ende bleibt.

   Wird der Trich-         ter    4 angehoben, so bewegt sich der Ventilkör  per 7 mit dem äussern Trichter 2     zufolge    des  Schwergewichtes nach unten, und der Ventil  körper schliesst den Durchgangsquerschnitt im       Trichter    4. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass das Ende  des Ablaufrohres 2 einen zu grossen Durch  messer zur Füllung von kleineren Flaschen       aufweist.    Zur Beseitigung dieses Nachteils ist  am untern Ende des Ablaufrohres 2 ein Zu  satztrichter 8 abnehmbar angesetzt, der am  untern Ende ein Röhrchen 9 kleinen Durch  messers trägt, das in die Öffnung der klein  sten Flasche eingeführt werden kann.  



  Um zu verhindern, dass ein zu grosser Flüs  sigkeitsdruck auf den kleinen Zusatztrichter  8 entsteht, ist im Ablaufrohr 5 des konischen  Trichters 4 ein Zapfen 10 mit reduziertem       DurchfhlssqLiersehnitt    angebracht, der dem  jenigen des     Röhrchens    9 gleich ist, wodurch  ein unzulässiger Überdruck auf den Zusatz  trichter vermieden wird.  



  Im obern konischen Teil des Trichters 4  kann eine     Querschnittsverminderungsscheibe          1l    eingesetzt sein, die an einer Stelle den       I)urchflussquerschnitt    nach dem Ablaufrohr  vermindert.
