Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     metallisierbaren        Monoazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist.  ein Verfahren zur     Herstellung    eines     metalli-          sierbaren        Monoazofarbstoffes,    welches dadurch  gekennzeichnet ist, dass man     diazotiertes        2-          Aminophenol-4-sulfonsäureanilid    mit,     1-(Sulfo-          acetylamino)-7-naphthol    kuppelt.  



       Beispiel:     26,4 Teile     2-Aminophenol-4-sulfonsäure-          anilid    werden mit 6,9 Teilen     Natriumnitrit          und        25        Teilen        30        %        iger        Salzsäure        diazotiert.     Die ausgeschiedene     Diazoverbindung    wird       abfiltriert    und in eine eiskalte Lösung von  28,1 Teilen     1-(Sulfoacetylamino)

  -7-naphthol     und 30 Teilen Soda in 150 Teilen Wasser     ein-          getragen.        Unter        Zusatz        von        14        Teilen        30        %        iger     Natronlauge sowie von 20 Teilen     Pyridin    ist  die Kupplung nach ungefähr 2 bis 3     Stunden     beendigt.    Der auf übliche Weise isolierte und ge  trocknete Farbstoff ist ein schwarzblaues Pul  ver, welches sich in konzentrierter Schwefel  säure mit bordeauxroter Farbe löst.

   Seine       chromierten    Ausfärbungen auf Wolle sind  blaugrau     lind    besitzen sehr gute Lichtechtheit.



  Process for the preparation of a metallizable monoazo dye. The subject of the present invention is. a process for the production of a metallizable monoazo dye, which is characterized in that diazotized 2-aminophenol-4-sulfonic acid anilide is coupled with 1- (sulfo-acetylamino) -7-naphthol.



       Example: 26.4 parts of 2-aminophenol-4-sulfonic acid anilide are diazotized with 6.9 parts of sodium nitrite and 25 parts of 30% strength hydrochloric acid. The precipitated diazo compound is filtered off and poured into an ice-cold solution of 28.1 parts of 1- (sulfoacetylamino)

  -7-naphthol and 30 parts of soda in 150 parts of water. With the addition of 14 parts of 30% sodium hydroxide solution and 20 parts of pyridine, the coupling is complete after about 2 to 3 hours. The dye, isolated and dried in the usual way, is a black-blue powder which dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid with a burgundy red color.

   Its chromed colorations on wool are blue-gray, lime and have very good lightfastness.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metalli- sierbaren Monoazofarbstoffes, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass man diazotiertes 2-Amino- phenol-4-sidfonsäureanilid mit 1-(Sulfoacetyl- amiüo)-7-naphthol kuppelt. Der neue Farbstoff ist ein schwarzblaues Pulver, welches sich in konzentrierter Schwe felsäure mit bordeauxroter Farbe löst. Seine chromierten Ausfärbungen auf Wolle sind blaugrau und besitzen sehr gute Lichtechtheit.
