Description

Heat-insulating, sound-absorbing floor. (The focus of the present invention is a heat-insulating, sound-damping floor, in which a layer made of compressed wood flour is applied to the raw floor, which is covered with a cover made of impregnated paper, on which cover a sub-floor supporting the floor is poured.

It has been found that by providing a compressed, e.g. B. pounded wood flour to the roll floor can be achieved favorable results in terms of heat insulation and sound absorption. The floor formed in this way is also advantageous in economic terms.

In the drawing, an example embodiment of the heat-insulating, sound-absorbing floor according to the invention is shown in a section.

The raw floor is denoted by 1, which can consist of poured concrete or concrete beams. On this raw floor 1, a heat and sound insulating Sehielit is applied, which consists of firmly stamped flolznielil, and this layer 2 is covered with a covering 3 of impregnated paper, for. B.

Tar or asphalt paper, covered over. On the surface 3 a blind floor 4 is poured, which can consist of wood cement or any mortar. This blind floor 4 carries the floor covering, which can be made of linoleum, rubber or parquet. For the picture around the heat and sellall insulating layer '? It is advantageous to use wood flour that is resistant to decay.

Wood flour from certain exotic woods with a high tannin content is particularly suitable.

The thickness of the layer 'depends on the requirements which are made with regard to sound attenuation and heat insulation. who, and it can be 2 to: 5 a. It is important that the wood flour is well compressed.

The die of the cast blind floor -1, which also contributes to the heat and sound insulation, depends on the stress on the floor in question.
