  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 256520.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferbaren     Disazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     kupferbaren          Disazofarbstoffes.    Das Verfahren ist dadurch  gekennzeichnet, dass man in beliebiger Rei  henfolge ein     Mol        4,4'-Diacetoacetylamino-3,3'-          dichlor-1,

  1'-diphenyl    mit einem     Mol        diazotier-          ter        6-Benzoylamino-2-amino-l-oxy-benzol-4-          sulfonsäure    und mit einem     Mol        diazotierter     5     -Acetylamino    - 2 -     amino-benzol-l-carbonsäure     kuppelt.  



  Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein gelbbraunes  Pulver dar, das sich in Wasser und konzen  trierter Schwefelsäure mit gelber Farbe löst  und     Zellulosefasern        nachgekupfert    gelb färbt.    <I>Beispiel:</I>  30,8 Teile     6-Benzoylamino-2-amino-l-oxy-          benzol-4-sulfonsäure    werden wie üblich     diazo-          tiert    und bei 0 bis 50 mit einer     alkalischen     Lösung von 42,1 Teilen     4,4'-Diacetoacetyl-          amino-3,3'-dichlor-1,1'-diphenyl    und 20 Teilen  Soda gekuppelt.

   Die     Monoazofarbstofflösung     wird mit 10 Teilen     Natriumbicarbonat    und  mit der     Diazoniumverbindung    aus 19,4 Teilen  5     -Acetylamino-        2-amino-benzol-l-carbonsäure     versetzt. Der fertiggebildete     Disazofarbstoff     der Formel

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupfer baren Disazofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeich net, dass man in beliebiger Reihenfolge ein Mol 4,4'-Diacetoacetylamino-3,3'-dichlor-1,1'- diphenyl mit einem Mol diazotierter 6-Ben- zoyl amino - 2-amino-l-oxy-benzol-4- sulfonsäure und mit einem Mol diazotierter 5-Acetyl- amino-2-amino-benzol-l-carbonsäure kuppelt.
