Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferhaltigen     Azofarbstoffes.       Das vorliegende Patent betrifft ein Ver  fahren zur Herstellung eines neuen kupfer  haltigen     Azofarbstoffes    und ist dadurch ge  kennzeichnet, dass man 1     Mol        tetra.zotiertes          Dianisidin    mit 1     Mol        1-Oxynaphthalin-3,6,8-          trisulfonsäure    und 1     Mol        2-Sulfo-4-oxy-a,ss-          naphtho-10-methoxyphenazin    kuppelt und den  erhaltenen Farbstoff mit einem kupferabge  benden Mittel behandelt.  



  Im Beispiel bedeuten Teile Gewichtsteile.  <I>Beispiel:</I>  24,4 Teile     Dianisidin    werden wie üblich       tetrazotiert    und unter Eiskühlung mit 38,4  Teilen     1-Oxynaphthalin-3,6,8-trisulfosäure    in  Gegenwart von Soda vereinigt. Nach erfolg  ter Bildung der Zwischenverbindung wird  eine alkalische Lösung des     Natriumsalzes    von  35,6 Teilen     2-Sulfo-4-oxy-a,ss-naphtho-10--          methoxypbenazin    zugefügt. Zur Beförderung  der Kupplung kann man 5 bis 10     Volum-          pcozent        Pyridinbasengemisch    zusetzen. Nach  beendeter Kupplung isoliert man den Farb  stoff.

   Er löst sich in Wasser mit.     grtinstichig     blauer und in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure  mit grüner Farbe.  



  Zur     Überführung    in den Kupferkomplex  werden 1(19,4 Teile Farbstoff in 3000 Teilen    Wasser und 20 Teilen Soda gelöst. Bei 80  bis 90  werden unter Rühren allmählich 500  Teile einer     Kupferoxydammoniaklösung,    ent  haltend 50 Teile     krist.    Kupfersulfat und  85 Teile     konzentrierte        wässrige        Ammoniak-          lösung,    zugefügt.. Es wird 5 Stunden bei       90     gerührt und dann 18 Stunden unter Rück  fluss gekocht. Der entstandene Kupferkomplex  wird isoliert, filtriert und getrocknet.

   Er färbt  Baumwolle und regenerierte     Cellulose    in       grünstichig    graublauen Tönen von sehr guter  Licht- und Waschechtheit.
