Description
Sicherungsmutter. Den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet eine Sielierungsmutter. An Hand der beiliegenden Zeichnung wird ein Ausfüli- rungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes besehrieben.
Die Zeichnung zeigt: a Mutter in Ansieht, <B>b</B> Mutter mit Rille<B>B</B> im Schnitt, undefor- miert, c Mutter mit Rille<B>B</B> im Schnitt, de formiert,<B>d</B> Mutter im Grundriss, e Mutter im Schnitt durch Rille R, <I>Form.</I> Die Sieherungsmutter bestellt aus nur einem Stück. An ihrem entlasteten Ende ist durch eine Rille<B>B</B> ein Teil des Gewindes ab getrennt.
Dadurch entsteht ein *kreisringför- Miger Lappen L, welcher nachdem Hauptteil des Gewindes zu eingestaucht wird (Fig. c). Das Mass der Einstauellung beträgt auf dem Gewindedurchmesser gemessen weniger a s die halbe Steigung des Gewindes. Die Dick des Lappens. variiert jee nach Gewindes igung, Güwindeduro,hmesser und Material der r.
<I>Wirkungsweise.</I> Beim Einschrauben des Schraubenbolzens wird der deforinierte kreisringförmige Lap- pen L wieder in die ursprüngliche undefor- mierfe Lage gedrückt. Dadurch entstehen innere Kräfte, welche bewirken, dass das Bolzengewinde zwischen Lappen- und Trag gewinde eingeklemmt wird. Der tragende Teil der Mutter liegt stets auf derselben Ge- windeflankenseite auf, ob die Mutter be lastet ist oder nicht.
Die Bewegung des kreis ringförmigen Lappens L zwischen gelöstem und eingeschraubtem Zustand ruft Spannun gen hervor, welche, wie Versuche gezeigt haben, unterhalb der El#astizi%tsgrenze liegen.

<I> How it works. </I> When the screw bolt is screwed in, the deforinated circular flap L is pressed back into the original undeformed position. This creates internal forces which cause the bolt thread to be pinched between the flap thread and the support thread. The load-bearing part of the nut always rests on the same thread flank side, whether the nut is loaded or not.
The movement of the circular ring-shaped flap L between the loosened and screwed-in state causes stresses which, as tests have shown, are below the elastic limit.
