Description
Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 241906. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Trisazofarbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen Trisazofarbstoff erhält, wenn man den diazo- tierten Disazofarbstoff, der erhalten wird durch Vereinigen der Diazoverbindung des 1-Amino-2,6-diehlor-4-nitrobenzols mit der 1-Aminonaphthalin - 6 - sulfonsäure,
Diazotie- ren und nochmals Vereinigen mit der 1-Aminonaphthalin-6-sulfonsäure, in alkali schem Medium mit der 2-Phenylamino-5-oxy- naphthalin-7-sulfonsKure kuppelt.
Der so erhaltene Farbstoff stellt in ge trocknetem Zustande ein dunkles Pulver dar; es färbt die Cellulosefaser, wie Baumwolle oder Zellwolle, in grauen Farbtönen, die sich durch eine überraschend gute Kochechtheit auszeichnen.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 20,7 Teile 1-Amino-2,6-dichlor-4-nitro- benzol werden auf übliche Weise mit Nitro- sylschwefelsäure diazotiert, auf Eis gegossen und mit 30 Teilen Magnesiumoxyd versetzt.
Dazu gibt. man eine neutrale Lösung von 22,3 Teilen 1,-@1minonaphthaln-6-sulfons5,iire. Die Farbstoffbildung wird zweckmässig durch Natriumacetatzugabe beschleunigt, der aus gefallene Farbstoff abgenutscht, in Wasser angeschwemmt, mit Natriumcarbonat alka lisch gestellt,
evtl. mit Natriumchlorid aus gesalzen und nochmals abgenutscht. Dieser Monoazofarbstoff wird auf übliche Weise weiter diazotiert und essigsauer nochmals mit 1-Aminonaphthalin-6-sulfonsäure gekup pelt. Der so entstandene Disazofarbstoff wird weiter diazotiert und sodaalkalisch mit 2 - Phenylamino - 5 - oxynaphthalin - 7 - sulf on- säure vereinigt.
Der gebildete Farbstoff wird in üblicher Weise aufgearbeitet und ge trocknet.

The dyestuff thus obtained is a dark powder when dried; it dyes the cellulose fiber, such as cotton or rayon, in gray shades, which are characterized by surprisingly good boil-fastness.
<I> Example: </I> 20.7 parts of 1-amino-2,6-dichloro-4-nitrobenzene are diazotized in the usual way with nitrosylsulfuric acid, poured onto ice and mixed with 30 parts of magnesium oxide.
In addition there. a neutral solution of 22.3 parts of 1, - @ 1minonaphthaln-6-sulfone5, iire. The dye formation is expediently accelerated by adding sodium acetate, sucking off the precipitated dye, washing it up in water, making it alkaline with sodium carbonate,
possibly salted out with sodium chloride and suction filtered again. This monoazo dye is further diazotized in the usual way and again coupled acetic acid with 1-aminonaphthalene-6-sulfonic acid. The disazo dye formed in this way is further diazotized and combined with 2-phenylamino-5-oxynaphthalene-7-sulfonic acid in an alkaline form.
The dye formed is worked up in the usual way and dried ge.
