Description
Reinforcement for highly stressed reinforced concrete structures. The subject of the present invention is a reinforcement for highly stressed reinforced concrete structures, according to the claim of the main patent, which is characterized in that the interwoven steel wires are point-welded to one another at their nodes offset around the longitudinal axis of the reinforcement.
The wires in the nodes can be spot-welded to one another in the state stretched to the yield point.
These measures of spot welding the reinforcement in an optionally stretched state have the advantage that the individual steel wires can no longer change their position within the reinforcement, the braiding system of the reinforcement has solidified so that it is now transported, thrown , can be bent and cut without the individual wires being able to move against each other. The reinforcement created in this way can therefore be built in directly on the spot as a high-quality insert in all reinforced concrete structures.
In the drawing, an example of the Be reinforcement according to the invention is partially provided. It shows: FIG. 1 a section of the reinforcement with four interwoven rods, in elevation, FIG. 2 the plan view of the reinforcement part from FIG. 1, FIG. 3 a cross section along the line AA and FIG. 4 a cross section along the line BB of FIG. 2, with the junction welding device placed on the reinforcement.
Accordingly, 1, 2, 3 and 4 are four mitein other intertwined steel wires of the reinforced concrete structures be certain reinforcement; a are the point welding points of the node points offset from one another around the longitudinal axis of the reinforcement and b show the plus and minus poles of the electrical node point welding device. The reinforcement still has, like that of the Flaupt patent, one, not shown here,
at a distance around the steel wires that are intertwined with one another, the reinforcement part is helically wound on steel wire.
