Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferhaltigen     Trisazofarbstoffes.            Gegenstand    des vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung  eines kupferhaltigen     Trisazofarbstoffes,    da  durch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1     Mol.        tetra-          zotierte        Benzidinmonosulfonsäure    mit 1     Mol.          Salicylsäure    alkalisch und anschliessend die       Diazoazoverbindungsauer    mit 1     Mol.1-Amino-          2-methoxynaphthalin    kuppelt,

   den erhaltenen       Aminodisazofarbstoff        weiterdiazotiert,    mit  1     Mol.    2 -     Acetylamino    - 6 -     oxynaphthalin-8-          sulfonsäure    vereinigt und den     Trisazofarb-          stoff    mit kupferabgebenden Verbindungen  behandelt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  26,4 Teile     Benzidinmonosulfonsäure    wer  den wie üblich in salzsaurer Lösung mit 14  Teilen     Natriumnitrit        tetrazotiert    und zuerst       soloalkalisch    mit 14,5 Teilen     Salicylsäure     und hierauf die     Diazoverbindung    essigsauer  mit 17,3 Teilen     1-Amino-2-naphtolmethyl-          ü.ther    gekuppelt.

   Der erhaltene     Disazofarb-          stoff    wird mit 20 Teilen Soda alkalisch     ge-          tellt,    isoliert, in 2000 Teilen Wasser gelöst,  mit<B>7,2</B> Teilen     Natriumnitrit    versetzt und    durch     Zustürzen    von 70 Teilen konzentrier- ;

         ter    Salzsäure bei<B>10'</B>     diazotiert.    Den ab  geschiedenen     Diazokörper    trägt man in eine  Lösung     von    28,1 Teilen     2-Acetylamino-6-          oxynaphthalin    - 8 -     sulfonsäure,    40 Teilen  25 %     igem    Ammoniak und 150 Teilen     Pyridin    ;  in 200 Teilen Wasser ein. Der fertig gebil  dete Farbstoff wird mit 5 % Kochsalz aus  gesalzen, filtriert und mit     2,5%iger    Sole ge  waschen.  



  Zur     Kupferung    in Substanz löst man den       erhaltenen        Trisazofarbstoff    in 1600 Teilen  Wasser von<B>95',</B> gibt eine Lösung von 25  Teilen kristallisiertem Kupfersulfat zu und  kocht während vier     Stunden.    Der Farbstoff  wird     abfiltriert    und in das     Natriumsalz     übergeführt. Er stellt ein dunkles Pulver dar,  das sich in Wasser olive, in Schwefelsäure  mit stumpf violetter Farbe löst. Er färbt  Baumwolle aus dem neutralen     Glaubersalzbad     in oliven Tönen von hervorragender Licht  echtheit.  



  Ebensogut kann der Farbstoff     im    neutra  len     Glaubersalzbad    auf Baumwolle gefärbt      und wie üblich mit Kupfersulfat nachbehan  delt werden.

  <I> Example: </I> 26.4 parts of benzidine monosulfonic acid are tetrazotized as usual in hydrochloric acid solution with 14 parts of sodium nitrite and first solo alkaline with 14.5 parts of salicylic acid and then the diazo compound with acetic acid with 17.3 parts of 1-amino-2 -naphtolmethyl- coupled via ether.

   The disazo dye obtained is made alkaline with 20 parts of soda, isolated, dissolved in 2000 parts of water, mixed with 7.2 parts of sodium nitrite and concentrated by adding 70 parts;

The separated diazo body is carried in a solution of 28.1 parts of 2-acetylamino-6-oxynaphthalene-8-sulfonic acid, 40 parts of 25% ammonia and 150 parts of pyridine; in 200 parts of water.   For copper plating in bulk, the trisazo dye obtained is dissolved in 1,600 parts of water at 95%, a solution of 25 parts of crystallized copper sulfate is added and the mixture is boiled for four hours. The dye is filtered off and converted into the sodium salt. It is a dark powder that dissolves olive in water and dull purple in sulfuric acid. It dyes cotton from the neutral Glauber's salt bath in olive tones with excellent lightfastness.



  The dye can just as well be dyed on cotton in the neutral Glauber's salt bath and treated with copper sulfate as usual.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellunb eines Trisazo- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1 Mol. tetrazotierte Benzidinmonosulfonsäure alkalisch mit 1 Mol. Salicylsäure und an schliessend die Diazoazoverbindung sauer mit 1 Mol. 1-Amino-2-methoxynaphthalin kup pelt, den erhaltenen Aminodisazofarbstoff weiterdiazotiert, Claim: Process for the production of a trisazo dye, characterized in that 1 mol of tetrazotized benzidine monosulfonic acid is coupled alkaline with 1 mol of salicylic acid and then the diazoazo compound acidic with 1 mol of 1-amino-2-methoxynaphthalene, the aminodisazo dye obtained is further diazotized , mit 1 Mol. 2-Acetylamino-6- oxynaphthalin-8-sulfonsäure vereinigt und den Trisazofarbstoff mit kupferabgebenden Verbindungen behandelt.
