Description
Récipient en acier inoxydable avec fond renforcé et procédé pour obtenir ledit récipient. L'invention a pour ,objet un récipient en acier inoxydable avec fond renforcé en autre métal et un procédé pour obtenir ledit réci pient.
Le dessin ci-joint en montre, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution.
La fig. 1 est une coupe diamétrale sui vant A-A de la fig. 2, mais tandis que la fig. 1 représente le récipient terminé, la fig. 2 le montre avant qu'il soit muni du fond de renforcement.
Le fond plan extérieur la du récipient en acier inoxydable 1 est soudé au rebord inté rieur 2a d'une couronne 2 en acier ordinaire dont le rebord extérieur 2b est à une petite distance du fond la. Le fond de renforce ment 3, est en un alliage d'aluminium par exemple, qui a été coulé par les moyens con nus et entoure la couronne 2. comme le montre la fig. 1, de manière à maintenir le fond de renforcement 3 appliqué contre 7.e fond la.
En pratique, le rebord 2.a est soudé au fond la par une soudure continue pour qu'il n'y ait pas des points: de soudure distants les uns des autres, et afin d'éviter ainsi des interstices dans lesquels de l'humidité ou des liquides pourraient s'étendme entre les fonds la et 3. L'armature pourrait comprendre, en plus de la couronne 2, d'autres éléments, par exemple Vélément d'armature semi-rigide en <B>S</B> dont il est question dans le brevet no 211632.
La forme de l'armature constituée par la couronne 2 pourrait être modifiée pourvu que sa section radiale présente une partie soudée au fond 1a et un bec s'écartant de ce fond, afin que, lors de la coulée du fond 3, la masse métallique de celui-ci passe au- dessus et au-dessous dudit bec et recouvre et entoure en outre complètement la cou ronne. L'armature pourrait comporter plu sieurs couronnes concentriques, chacune d'elles pouvant être constituée par des por tions de couronne se touchant ou non.

Fig. 1 is a diametral section following A-A of FIG. 2, but while FIG. 1 shows the finished container, FIG. 2 shows it before it is provided with the reinforcement bottom.
The outer flat bottom 1a of the stainless steel container 1 is welded to the inner rim 2a of a ring 2 of ordinary steel, the outer rim 2b of which is at a small distance from the bottom 1a. The reinforcing base 3 is made of an aluminum alloy, for example, which has been cast by known means and surrounds the ring 2. as shown in FIG. 1, so as to keep the reinforcement base 3 applied against the bottom of the 7.th.
In practice, the flange 2.a is welded to the bottom 1a by a continuous weld so that there are no welding points distant from each other, and thus to avoid interstices in which the moisture or liquids could spread between the bottoms 1a and 3. The reinforcement could include, in addition to the crown 2, other elements, for example semi-rigid reinforcement element in <B> S </ B > referred to in patent No. 211632.
The shape of the reinforcement constituted by the crown 2 could be modified provided that its radial section has a part welded to the base 1a and a spout moving away from this base, so that, during the casting of the base 3, the metal mass thereof passes above and below said beak and further covers and completely surrounds the crown. The framework could include several concentric crowns, each of them being able to be constituted by crown portions touching or not.
