Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     wasserlöslichen        Azofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpa  tentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines  wasserlöslichen     Azofarbstoffes,    welches da  durch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man die       Diazoverbindung    von     1-Amino-3-sulfonsäure-          diäthylamid-benzol-6-sulfonsäure    mit     1-(2'-          Chlor-6'-methylphenyl)-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon     kuppelt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Eine aus 308 Gewichtsteilen     1-Amino-3-          sulfonsäurediäthylamid        -benzol-    6     -sulfonsäure     und der äquivalenten Menge     Natriumcarbonat     erhaltene     wässrige    Lösung läuft nach Zugabe  der berechneten Menge     Natriumnitrit    in  250     Volumteile    Salzsäure von 20      B6,    die  mit Eiswasser verdünnt ist, ein.

   Die erhaltene       Diazosuspension    wird mit einer     sodaalka-          lischeu    Lösung von 222,5 Gewichtsteilen 1  (2'-Chlor-6'-methylphenyl)-3-methyl-5-pyr-         azolon    vereinigt. Nach beendeter Kupplung  wird der Farbstoff abgesaugt und getrocknet.  



  Er stellt ein gelbes, in Wasser leicht  lösliches Pulver dar, das sehr lichtechte gelbe  Färbungen auf Wolle liefert.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasser löslichen Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man die Diazoverbindung von 1-Amino-3-sulfonsäurediäthylamid-benzol-6- sulfonsäure mit 1-(2'-Chlor-6'-methylphenyl)- 3-methyl-5-pyrazolon kuppelt. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff stellt ein gelbes, in Wasser leicht lösliches Pulver dar, das sehr lichtechte gelbe Färbungen auf Wolle liefert.
