Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Honoazofarbstoffes.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Monoazofarb-          stoffes,    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man     di-          azotierte        2,4-Dimethyl-l-aminobenzol-6-sul-          fonsäure    mit     1-Acetylamino-6-oxynaphtbalin-          3-sulfonsäure    kuppelt.  



  Der so erhaltene Farbstoff ist ein wasser  lösliches orangerotes Pulver; er besitzt ein  gutes     Egalisiervermögen    und färbt Wolle in  lebhaften     gelbstichigen        Orangetönen    von  guter Licht- und Wasserechtheit.  



       Beispiel:     20,1 Teile     2,4-Dimetbyl-l-aminobenzol-6-          sulfonsäure    werden     diazotiert    und die Sus  pension der erhaltenen     Diazoverbindung    wird  mit einer überschüssiges     Natriumcarbonat    ent  haltenden Lösung von 29 Teilen     1-Acetyl-          amic)o-6-oxynaphthalin-3-sulfonsäure    ver-    einigt. Nach beendeter     Kuppelung    wird der  gebildete Farbstoff abgeschieden und ge  trocknet.

       Example: 20.1 parts of 2,4-dimethyl-1-aminobenzene-6-sulfonic acid are diazotized and the suspension of the diazo compound obtained is mixed with a solution of 29 parts of 1-acetyl-amic) o-6-oxynaphthalene containing excess sodium carbonate -3-sulfonic acid combined. After coupling is complete, the dye formed is deposited and dried.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Monoazo- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man diazotierte 2,4- Dimethyl -1- aminobenzol - 6- sulfonsäure mit 1-Acetylamino-6-oxynaphtha- lin-3-sulfonsäure kuppelt. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff ist ein wasser lösliches orangerotes Pulver; er besitzt ein gutes Egalisiervermögen und färbt Wolle in lebhaften gelbetichigen Orangetönen von guter Licht- und Wasserechtheit.
