  Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent     Nr.    203144.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Polymothinfarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Poly-          inethinfarbstoffes.    Das Verfahren ist dadurch  gekennzeichnet,     dass    man<B>1</B>     Mol        N-Methyl-2-          methylen-3-methylchinoxalin    mit<B>1</B>     Mol   <B>1. 3.</B>     3-          Trimethylindolin-2-methylen-co-aldehyd    kon  densiert.  



  Der Farbstoff fällt in glänzenden, bron  zierenden, grünen Kristallen an und ist gut  löslich in Wasser. Er besitzt eine sehr hohe  Farbstärke und färbt ein     rotstichiges    Blau.  <I>Beispiel:</I>  <B>1</B>     Mol        N-Methyl-2-methylen-3-methylchin-          oxalin    wird in     Es.gigsäureanhydrid    mit einem       Mol        1.3.3-Trimethylindolin-2-methylen-co-          aldehyd    bei<B>300 0 6</B> Stunden kondensiert.  Es entsteht ein asymmetrischer     Polymethin-          farbstoff.    Die Lösung wird auf Wasser aus-    getragen, vom Harz getrennt und mit Salz  gefällt.

   Der Farbstoff fällt in glänzenden,  bronzierenden, grünen Kristallen an und ist  gut löslich in Wasser. Er besitzt eine sehr  hohe     Farbstärke    und färbt ein     rotstiebiges     Blau.

   The dye is obtained in shiny, bronzing, green crystals and is easily soluble in water. It has a very high color strength and turns a reddish blue.

<B>PATENTANSPRUCH:</B> Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Poly- methinfarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man<B>1</B> Mol N-Methyl-2-methylen-3-methyl- chinoxalin mit<B>1</B> Mol <B>1.</B> 3.3-Trimethylindolin- 2-methylen-co-aldehyd kondensiert. Der Farbstoff fällt in glänzenden, bron zierenden, grünen Kristallen an und ist gut löslich in Wasser.
