Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines neuen Esters.         Cxegenstand    des vorliegenden Patentes  ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines neuen       Esters,    welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist,  dass man ein     Mol        d4,5-Androstenol-(17)-on-          (3)    mit einem halben     NIol    Phosphorosyhalo-         genid    umsetzt und auf das Reaktionsprodukt  Wasser einwirken lässt.  



  Der so gewonnene     Di        -44,5-arrdrostenol-          (17)-on-(3)-phosphorsäureester    der Formel

    hat den F. 2470. Seine     Allralisalze,    sowie.  auch sein Ammonium- und     Triäthanolamin-          salz    sind in Wasser leicht löslich.  



  Die neue Verbindung soll therapeutische       Verwendung    finden.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  1,0 g Testosteron, gelöst in 12g absolu  tem     Pyridin    oder in einer andern tertiären  Base, lässt man mit 0,27 g Phosphoroxychlo-         rid:    bis zur beendeten Umsetzung reagieren,  giesst das     Reaktionsgemiscb    in Wasser, fil  triert von ausgeschiedenem unverändertem  Testosteron ab und säuert die wässerige Lö  sung an, wobei der     Di-testosteron-phosphor-          säureester    vom F. 2470 ausfällt. Er bildet  wasserlösliche     Alkalisalze.     



  An Stelle von     Phosphoroxychlorid    kann  man zum Beispiel auch     Phosphoroxybromid     verwenden.

  <I> Example: </I> 1.0 g of testosterone dissolved in 12 g of absolute pyridine or in another tertiary base is allowed to react with 0.27 g of phosphorus oxychloride: until the reaction is complete, the reaction mixture is poured into water , filters from excreted unchanged testosterone and acidifies the aqueous solution, whereby the di-testosterone phosphoric acid ester with a temperature of 2470 precipitates. It forms water-soluble alkali salts.



  For example, phosphorus oxybromide can also be used instead of phosphorus oxychloride.
