Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes.       Nach dem im Hauptpatent     beschriebenen     Verfahren erhält man einen Leder     in    klar  rotbraunen Tönen von vorzüglicher Echtheit  anfärbenden Farbstoff, wenn man dianotierte       1-Amino-    8     -ogynaphthalin-    3 . 6     -disulfosäure     mit 1.

       3-Diogybenzol    kuppelt, den so erhal  tenen     Monoazofarbstoff    mit dianotiertem     4-          Nitro    - 2 -     amino    -1-     ogybenzol    behandelt und  schliesslich den dann erhaltenen     Disazofarb-          stoff    in     alkalischem    Medium in die Kupfer  verbindung überführt.  



  Wie     nun    weiter gefunden wurde, .erhält  man einen Farbstoff von ähnlichen Eigen  schaften, wenn man den     vorgängig    erhalte  nen     Disazofarbstoff    in alkalischem Medium  in die Chromverbindung überführt.  



  Der nach den im Beispiel des Hauptpa  tentes gemachten Angaben aus dianotierter       1-Amino    - 8 -     ogynaphthalin    - 3 . 6     -disulf        osäure     und     Resorcin    und Weiterkupplung des so er  haltenen     Monoazofarbstoffes    mit dianotiertem       4-Nitro-2-amino-l-ogybenzol    erhaltene     Dis-          azofarbstoff    wird in     wässriger    Lösung unter  Zugabe von 25 Teilen     Natriumearbonat    mit  50 Teilen Chromalaun wenigstens eine         Stunde    lang auf 95 bis<B>100'</B> erhitzt.

   Der  Farbstoff     wird    aus neutraler Lösung durch  Steinsalz abgeschieden. Er färbt Chromkalb  leder und vegetabilisch gegerbtes Schafleder  in klar     rotbraunen    Tönen von vorzüglicher  Alkali-, Säure- und Lichtechtheit.

  The information given in the example of the main patent from dianotated 1-amino-8-ogynaphthalene-3. 6 -disulfonic acid and resorcinol and further coupling of the monoazo dye obtained in this way with dianotized 4-nitro-2-amino-l-ogybenzene dis- azo dye obtained in aqueous solution with the addition of 25 parts of sodium carbonate with 50 parts of chrome alum for at least one hour to 95 heated to <B> 100 '</B>.

   The dye is deposited from a neutral solution through rock salt. He dyes chrome calf leather and vegetable tanned sheep leather in clear red-brown shades of excellent alkali, acid and lightfastness.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Process for the production of a dye which is particularly suitable for dyeing leather, characterized in that 1- amino-8-ogynaphthalene-3.6-disulfonic acid is diaconated, the diazo compound is coupled with 1.3-di-ogybenzene,

that 4-nitro-2-amino-1-ogybenzene is also dianotized and this diazo compound is combined with the previously obtained monoazo dye and finally the disazo dye obtained is converted into the chromium compound in an alkaline medium. The dye thus obtained dyes Le in clear red-brown shades of excellent fastness.
