Description

Process for the production of humus fertilizer. The present invention is based on the fact that one sludge from sewage treatment plants with adsorbent organic substances, such as. B. peat litter, litter, peat grit (peat powder with a grain size of up to 4 mm) peat soil (peat with more than 40% ash content), as well as materials with waste of organic fiber, z. B.

Mixed waste from the wool, cotton, linen, bast, jute, straw, cellulose and paper industries.

This mass can be fermented and allowed to dry, and the product is a good and cheap humus fertilizer.

You can also add garbage and garbage to the mass, either when mixing or later.

In order to achieve faster drying of the fresh colloidal sludge, lime or other coagulants can be added during mixing and thus destroy the colloid state of the wastewater colloids so that the water drains off soon.

Digested sludge is generally no longer colloidal. In winter, however, e.g. For example, if the bacteriological transformation is inhibited by the effects, the colloid condition will be maintained for a long time. In this case, the colloid state can also be eliminated by adding coagulation agents.
