Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung einer     Diazoaminoverbindung.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man durch  Kupplung von     Natriumeyanamid    mit     sub-          ,tituierten    aromatischen     Diazoniumverbin-          Lungen,    zweckmässig in     soda-    bis     5,tzalkali-          echer    Lösung, Produkte erhält, die wertvolle       Komponenten    für die Herstellung von     Farb-          ;toffen    darstellen.

   Als     substituierte    aromati  iche     Diazoverbindungen    kommen     inbeson-          iere    in Betracht: durch Halogen-,     Nitro-,          Ilkyl-    und     Alkogygruppen    substituierte  Körper, insbesondere der     Benzolreihe,        Amino-          Lzoverbindungen,    Amine der     Carbazole    oder       4nthrachinone    usw., das heisst also     insbeson-          lere    Basen,

   wie sie zur Herstellung von  Körpern der     Eisfarbenreihe    üblich sind. Die       io    erhältlichen Verbindungen besitzen die  wahrscheinliche Formel:

         worin    R den Rest einer     substituierten        aro-          natischen    Base darstellt. Die neuen     Verbin-          Lungen    sind in kaltem Wasser, leicht in         warmem    Wasser löslich, bei Zimmertempe  ratur und<B>90'</B> beständig und gegen Schlag  unempfindlich.  



  Im     "Bulletin    de la     .Soci6te        chimique    de  Paris", 3. Serie, Band 3:5     (1906),    Seite     1114,     vorletzter     Absatz    ist zwar ausgeführt, dass       Cyanamid    weder in alkalischer noch in  schwach saurer Lösung mit     Diazoverbindun-          gen    in     Reaktion    tritt.

   Demgegenüber wurde  festgestellt, dass dies nicht zutrifft, sondern  dass     Cyanamid        bezw.    seine Salze sieh mit  substituierten     aromatischen        Diazoniumver-          bindungen        glatt    umsetzen.  



  Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer     neuen          Diazoaminoverbindung,    welches dadurch ge  kennzeichnet ist, dass man     diazotiertes.        4-          Chlor-2-toluidin    mit     Natriumeyanamid    kon  densiert.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  28,4 Gewichtsteile     4-Chlor-2-toluidin     werden in der üblichen Weise     diazotiert    und      die gegebenenfalls     filtrierte    Lösung wird  unter Kühlen in eine Lösung von 50 Ge  wichtsteilen     Natriumcyanamid    und 80 Ge  wichtsteilen     Natriumearbonat    in 500 Ge  wichtsteilen Wasser gegeben. Die gebildete       Diazoaminoverbindungwird        ausgesalzen    und  umgelöst. Nach dem Trocknen erhält man sie  in Form schwach gefärbter Kristalle.

  In "Bulletin de la. Soci6te chimique de Paris", 3rd series, Volume 3: 5 (1906), page 1114, penultimate paragraph it is stated that cyanamide does not react with diazo compounds either in alkaline or weakly acidic solution .

   In contrast, it was found that this is not the case, but that cyanamide respectively. its salts react smoothly with substituted aromatic diazonium compounds.



  The present patent is a process for the preparation of a new diazoamino compound, which is characterized in that one diazotized. 4-chloro-2-toluidine condensed with sodium yanamide.

      <I> Example: </I> 28.4 parts by weight of 4-chloro-2-toluidine are diazotized in the usual way and the optionally filtered solution is, while cooling, in a solution of 50 parts by weight of sodium cyanamide and 80 parts by weight of sodium carbonate in 500 Ge given by weight of water. PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Diazo- aminoverbindung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man .diazotiertes 4-Chlor-2-toluidin mit Natriumcyanamid kondensiert. Die Verbindung ist eine schwach ge färbte kristalline Substanz, leicht löslich in Wasser und ist ein wertvolles Produkt zur Herstellung von Azofarbstoffen. Claim: Process for the production of a diazo amino compound, characterized in that diazotized 4-chloro-2-toluidine is condensed with sodium cyanamide. The compound is a weakly colored crystalline substance, easily soluble in water and is a valuable product for the production of azo dyes.
