Description
Process for the production of a concrete ceiling with hollow and solid beams. The present invention relates to a method for producing a concrete ceiling with hollow and solid beams.
The method consists in that hollow concrete girders, which have the full height of the ceiling to be produced, and have a foot flange on two opposite longitudinal sides, join directly to one another with the latter, insert reinforcing iron into the cavities formed over the flanges and these Hollow spaces, using the hollow girders as formwork, filled with concrete, creating the massive girders.
With reference to the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of a method according to the invention is described, which is used to manufacture a ceiling whose span is greater than the length of the hollow beam. The drawing shows: FIG. 1 a section of the finished ceiling, in cross section; Fig. 2 is a side view of two hollow supports; 3 shows the plan view of four hollow supports; Figure 4 is a side view of the end of a hollow beam; Fig. 5 is an end view of a hollow carrier.
To produce the concrete ceiling shown, hollow beams 1 are used, the height of which corresponds to the height of the ceiling to be produced, and the length of which corresponds to about half of the .Span width of the ceiling to be produced. These hollow beams have on both longitudinal sides a foot flange 7, inside a cavity 8, which is closed at the ends of the Trä gers by end walls 9, and a reinforcement 4, which extends out from one end face.
The hollow beams are supported on the fixed supports 10 and the other ends on provisional supports 11, and are joined in two rows so that they abut directly with the foot flanges 7 in each row (Fig. 1 and 3). The protruding from the front sides of the hollow beams of a row of iron 4 are inserted into the inter mediate spaces between the hollow beams of the opposite row of beams.
Reinforcing irons 3 (FIGS. 1, 2 and 3) and reinforcing irons 6 (FIG. 2) are placed in this space, whereupon the space between the long sides and between the front sides of the hollow beams is filled with concrete, which concrete reinforced between the hollow beams, massive beams he testifies. The hollow girders serve as formwork during this concreting process.
The reinforcing bars of the hollow girders go through iron plates 5 (Fig. 5, which are concreted into the hollow girder. These plates absorb the components of the tensile forces of the reinforcing bars and prevent the concrete from crumbling at the edges of the hollow girders .
To produce the tensile part of the hollow beam, lightweight concrete can be used, and normal concrete can be used to produce the pressure part of the same beam.
