Description

  

      Yerfaliren    zur Herstellung eines     acylierten        Dihydrofollikelhormons.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     acylierten          Dihydrofollikelhormons,    das .dadurch gekenn  zeichnet ist,     da.ss    man     Dihydrofollikelhormon          vom        Fp.    174' C, ein     benzoy        lierendes    Mittel  und ein     acetylierendes    Mittel aufeinander  einwirken lässt.  



  Die so erhaltene neue Verbindung, da:-,       Benzoylacetyldihydrofollikelhormon,    die als  Arzneimittel Verwendung finden soll, bildet  schöne     Kristalle.     



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Man löst 0,5 g des     Dihydrofollikelhor-          mons    vom Schmelzpunkt 174' C in über  schüssiger Natronlauge auf und versetzt so  dann unter sehr gutem     Umsehütteln    oder Um  rühren mit etwa. der doppelten Menge     Ben-          zoylchlorid    in sehr kleinen Anteilen. Mit  dem Fortschreiten der     Benzoylierung    schei  det sich das     Monobenzoyidihydrofollikel-          hormon    der Formel     C2;12.03    aus.

   Es kann  nach dem     Abfiltrieren    durch     Umkristalli-          sieren    gereinigt werden und wird dann in  schönen weissen, glänzenden Kristallen vom  Schmelzpunkt 187,5 bis<B>190'</B> erhalten.    0,6 g dieses     Monobenzoats    werden in  15 cm' trockenem     Pyridin    gelöst und die Lö  sung nach Zusatz von 60 cm' Essigsäure  anhydrid     \?    Tage bei 0   stehen gelassen.  Darauf-wird die Reaktionslösung unter Küh  lung in 750     cm'    verdünnte Schwefelsäure  eingegossen und das abgeschiedene Reak  tionsprodukt in Äther aufgenommen. Die  ätherische Lösung wird mit Wasser ge  waschen, getrocknet und abgedampft.

   Als  Rückstand     hinterbleibt    in schönen Kristallen  das     Benzoy        lacetyldihydrofollikelhormon.
