Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Textilhilfsstofies. Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein kapil- 1s.raktives Kondensationsprodukt erhält, wenn man ausgehend vom 1-Nitrobenzol-3- siilfonsäure-2T-oxyäthylanilid einerseits die N itrogruppe durch ein Reduktionsmittel in eine Aminogruppe und letztere hierauf durch ein Oleylierungsmittel in eine Oleylamino- gruppe, anderseits die Oxyäthylanilidgruppe mittels Schwefelsäure in den Schwefelsäure ester dieser Gruppe überführt.
Das so er haltene Produkt bildet in trockenem Zu stande ein helles Pulver, das sich in warmem Wasser unter Bildung einer stark schäumen den Lösung, die eine ausgezeichnete Netz- und Waschwirkung besitzt, auflöst.
Beispiel: Durch Eintragen von 221 Teilen 1-Nitro- benzol-3-sulfonsäurechlorid in 274 Teilen Oxyätliylanilin stellt man in üblicher Weise das 1-Nitro-3-benzolsulfonsäure-NT-oxäthyl- anilid her. 323 Teile dieses Körpers werden bei 10 bis 20' in 1300 Teile 100%ige Schwe- felsäure eingetragen.
Die erhaltene Lösung giesst man in zirka 600.0 Teile konzentrierte Chlornatriumlösung, wobei das Natriumsalz des Schwefelsäureesters des 1-Nitro-3-benzol- sulfonsäure-N-oxäthylanilids ausfällt.
Durch Reduktion mit Eisen in wässeriger Lösung nach üblichen Methoden erhält man die ent sprechende 1-Aminoverbindung. In eine Lö sung von 420 Teilen des so gewonnenen Aminokörpers und 82 Teilen Natriumacetat in 1000 Teilen Wasser lädt man bei 5 bis 15 300 Teile Ölsäurechlorid eintropfen. Hieräuf wird mit N atriumhydroxyd neutral gestellt und 2 bis 3 Stunden bei Zimmertem peratur nachgerührt. Das erhaltene Produkt kann in bekannter Weise auf Pasten oder Trockenpulver verarbeitet werden.

Example: By adding 221 parts of 1-nitro-benzene-3-sulfonic acid chloride in 274 parts of oxyethyl aniline, 1-nitro-3-benzenesulfonic acid-NT-oxethyl anilide is prepared in the usual way. 323 parts of this body are introduced into 1300 parts of 100% sulfuric acid at 10 to 20 minutes.
The solution obtained is poured into about 600.0 parts of concentrated sodium chloride solution, the sodium salt of the sulfuric acid ester of 1-nitro-3-benzenesulfonic acid-N-oxethylanilide precipitating.
The corresponding 1-amino compound is obtained by reduction with iron in aqueous solution by customary methods. In a solution of 420 parts of the amino body obtained in this way and 82 parts of sodium acetate in 1000 parts of water, 300 parts of oleic acid chloride are added dropwise at 5 to 15. Then it is made neutral with sodium hydroxide and stirred for 2 to 3 hours at room temperature. The product obtained can be processed into pastes or dry powder in a known manner.
