Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kondensationsproduktes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues  Kondensationsprodukt erhält, wenn man     4-          Acetylamino-4'-aminodiphenyl    mit     Acetessig-          ester    kondensiert. Das neue Kondensations  produkt bildet ein weisses Pulver, ist in       Ätzalkalien    löslich und ist ein wertvolles  Zwischenprodukt zur Herstellung von Farb  stoffen.  



  <I>Beispiel</I>  22,6 Teile von in bekannter Weise her  gestelltem     4-Acetylamino-4'-aminodiphenyl     werden in einem geschlossenen Apparat mit  absteigendem Kühler in 200 Teilen     gylol     unter Rühren zum Sieden erhitzt. In das  schwach kochende Gemenge tropft man innert  etwa     1/a    Stunde 16 Teile     Acetessigester.    Man  lässt noch etwa     '/s    Stunde derart kochen,  dass etwa 80 bis 100 Teile     Xylol    abdestil-    Tieren. Man lässt erkalten,     nutscht    ab, treibt  das anhaftende     gylol    durch Wasserdampf  destillation ab und löst den Rückstand in  kalter wässeriger alkoholischer Natrium  hydroxydlösung.

   Aus dem Filtrat erhält man  durch Fällung und Trocknen ein weisses  Pulver.

  <I> Example </I> 22.6 parts of 4-acetylamino-4'-aminodiphenyl prepared in a known manner are heated to boiling in a closed apparatus with a descending condenser in 200 parts of gylene with stirring. 16 parts of acetoacetic ester are added dropwise to the slightly boiling mixture within about 1 / a hour. It is allowed to cook for about 1/2 hour so that about 80 to 100 parts of xylene distil off animals. It is allowed to cool, suction filtered, the adhering glycol is driven off by steam distillation and the residue is dissolved in cold aqueous alcoholic sodium hydroxide solution.

   A white powder is obtained from the filtrate by precipitation and drying.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Kondensationsproduktes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man 4-Acetylamino-4'-amino- diphenyl mit Acetessigester kondensiert. Das neue Kondensationsprodukt bildet ein weisses Pulver, ist in Ätzalkalien löslich und ist ein wertvolles Zwischenprodukt zur Herstellung von Farbstoffen.
