Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines stiekstoühaltigen Küpenfarbstoffes der Anthr achinonreihe. Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines stickstoff haltigen Küpenfarbstoffes -der Anthraehinon- reihe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man l Mol. des Kondensationsproduktes, das durch Einwirkung eines sauren Konden- sationsmittels auf das Kondensationsprodukt von 1-Chloranthron mit Glyoxalsulfat erhal ten wird,
mit 2 Mol. 1-Amino-4-benzoyl- amino-anthrachinon umsetzt und das so ent standene Kondensationsprodukt einer Be handlung mit einem Kondensationsmittel unterwirft. Das Kondensationsmittel tritt dabei nicht in den Endstoff ein.
Der neue Farbstoff ist ein dunkles Pul ver, das sich in Schwefelsäure dichroitisch blaupurpurrot löst. Aus rotvioletter Hydro- sulfitküpe färbt das Produkt auf Baumwolle ein Dunkelbraun, das in der Nuance gelber und erheblich klarer ist, als die Ausfärbun gen des nicht nachbehandelten Farbstoffes, die es auch an Echtheit übertrifft.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 48 Teile des Kondensationsproduktes aus 1-Chloranthron und Glyoxalsulfat werden zusammen mit 77 Teilen 1-Amino-4-benzoyl- amino-anthrachinon, 4 Teilen Kupferoxyd und 35 Teilen Pottasche in 500 Teilen Naph thalin etwa 6 Stunden auf 210 C erhitzt. Nach dem Verdünnen mit etwa 500 Teilen Chlorbenzol und Absaugen erhält man ein dunkles Pulver, das sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure dichroitisch rotblau löst. Diese Farbe schlägt auf Zusatz von Paraformalde- hyd nach Grünblau um.
Das Produkt löst sich mit rotvioletter Farbe in der Hydro- sulfitküpe und färbt daraus Baumwolle in echten schokoladebraunen Tönen an.
Zwecks Nachbehandlung werden 10 Teile des Farbstoffes in 250 Teilen Chlorsulfon- säure bei etwa 50 C 4 Stunden gerührt und dann auf Eis gedrückt. Man erhält nach dem Absaugen, Waschen und Trocknen ein dunkles Farbstoffpulver.
