Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Textilhilfsmittels. Wir haben gefunden, dass durch Sulfo- nierung von Hydroxylgruppen im ss, r-Di- hydroxy-n-propylamid von Cocosnussölsäuren (wie z. B. nachdem Verfahren gemäss Schweizer Patent Nr. 175668 erhalten) durch die Wir kung eines sulfonierenden Agens (wie Pyridin- schwefelsäureanhydrid) ein Textilhilfsmittel mit wertvollen Eigenschaften erhalten wird.
<I>Beispiel:</I> Man löst 55 Teile des Produktes aus j--Diliydroxy-n-pi-opylamin und Cocosnussöl- säuren in 50 Teilen von trockenem Pyridin bei<B>900</B> C auf, setzt 120 Teile fein gepul- vertes Natriumpyrosulfat von 90 o/oiger Rein heit unter eifrigem Umrühren zu und fährt mit dem Umrühren eine Stunde fort. Nach dieser Zeit ist das Produkt in Wasser leicht löslich.
Alsdann wird das Produkt sorgfältig in 320 Teile einer 10 o/oigen, wässerigen Na triumkarbonatlösung, in welcher es sich zu einer klaren Lösung auflöst, geschüttet, ab kühlen gelassen, vom kristallisierten Natrium sulfat abgefiltert und das Filtrat durch Ver- dampfen getrocknet. Auf diese Weise wird ein weisses Pulver erhalten, welches sich in Wasser zu einer farblosen, leicht schäumen den Lösung mit starkem Netzvermögen auflöst.
