Description

  

  Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent     Nr.   <B>169698.</B>    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     ehromhaltigen        Azofarbstoffes.       <B>Es</B> wurde gefunden,     dass    man einen chrom  haltigen     Azofarbstoff    herstellen kann, wenn  man den     Azofarbstoff    aus     diazotierter          1-Amino-2-oxynaphthalin-4-sulfonsäure    und       1-Oxynaphthalin    mit solchen Mengen     Alkali-          ehromitlösun--en    behandelt,

   die auf die     chro-          mierbare    Gruppe des     Azofarbstoffes    weniger  als ein Atom Chrom enthalten.  



  Der erhaltene     ehromhaltige        Azofarbstoff     stellt ein leicht wasserlösliches, dunkel ge  färbtes Pulver dar, das aus     organischsaurem-          schwefelsaurem    Bade Wolle in marineblauen,  sehr echten Tönen färbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  In eine     Chromitlösung,    hergestellt aus  441 Teilen einer     ffligen    frischen     Chrom-          hydroxydpaste    und 480 Teilen     90/'oigem          Kaliumhydroxyd    trägt man unter Rühren  <B>-11</B> o Teile, des     Azofarbstoffes    aus     diazotierter          1.-Amino---)-ox,vna,plithalin-4-sulfonsäure    und       1.-Oxyiiaphthalin    ein und erwärmt<B>6</B> bis<B>8</B>  Stunden auf 74 bis<B>78'.</B> Die     schwärzlich-          blaue    Schmelze wird hierauf mit Wasser ver  dünnt,

   mit verdünnter Mineralsäure neutrali  siert und nach dem     Abfiltrieren    von Ver-         unreinigungen    im Vakuum zur Trockne ver  dampft.  



  Statt im Vakuum zur Trockne zu ver  dampfen, kann auch im Vakuum konzentriert  und falls noch nicht die Gesamtmenge des  Farbstoffes ausgefallen ist, die     Abscheidung     durch Kochsalz vervollständigt werden.

  Instead of evaporating to dryness in vacuo, it is also possible to concentrate in vacuo and, if the total amount of the dye has not yet precipitated, the deposition can be completed with common salt.

PATENTANSPRUCH*, Verfahren zur Herstellung eines ehrom- haltigen Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man den Azofarbstoff aus diazotierter 1-Amino-92-oxynaphtlialin-4-sul- fonsäure und 1-Oxynaphthalin mit solchen Mengen Alkalichromitlösungen behandelt, die auf die ehromierbare Gruppe des Azo- farbstoffes weniger als ein Atom Chrom ent halten.
