Description

Rippendecke.

Ribbed ceiling. The present invention relates to a ribbed ceiling in which between T-shaped profiled main girders stood from spacing transversely directed ribs made of reinforced molding compound used and these are provided with means for fastening the ceiling. the transverse ribs serve as a support beam for armored ceiling panels placed in alignment and are dimensioned lower in height than the main beams.

The drawing illustrates an exemplary embodiment from the subject of the invention.

Fig. 1 is a vertical section through the ceiling transverse to the main beams; Figure 2 is a vertical section through the ceiling parallel to the main beams and across the ribs; Fig. 3 is a similar section as viewed pictorially from below.

  a. are the I-shaped profiled main carrier, between which stood transversely from Ab to distance ribs b made of reinforced molding compound, z. B. concrete, are used, so that a kind of cassette frame is formed. The transverse ribs b serve as a support beam for reinforced ceiling panels c, z. B. made of concrete. At the bottom of the transverse ribs b, wooden longitudinal strips d (FIG. 3) for fastening the ceiling e are embedded.

The height of the transverse ribs b is lower than that of the main girders a, to the extent that the ceiling panels c lie flush with the apex of the main girders a, as can be seen from FIG. 1, although it is also not excluded is that the ceiling tiles can also be laid a little lower or higher than shown. The joints between the abutting edges of the ceiling panels c are filled with cement plaster f in the manner shown in FIGS.

The ceiling described combines all the advantages that one must expect from a wall-free solid ceiling between T-rails. It is the only cover in which the pouring of end panels is not necessary or special end pieces have to be used. All concrete parts are delivered exactly according to the iron construction. The large amount of interstitial concrete usually used for large spans in Hourdis ceilings is no longer required.

Only the joint between the ceiling panels and the joint behind the ribs is filled with cement plaster. The profiles of the ribs and plates are precisely matched to the flange profile of the main girders, so that the ceiling described is perfectly supported and braced before it is cast. The support of the ceiling panels on the ribs b is up to 5 cm depending on the width of the total field, so that deviations in the ceiling dimensions can be easily compensated for without special precautions.

The ceiling described is extremely easy and quick to lay. It represents a kind of quick-drying concrete ceiling.

The laying of the ceiling described is done, for. B. as follows: At the end of each field, a rib b is inserted between the T-beams a . The next rib b is attached at a distance of about 0.80 to 0.88 m, depending on the length of the total field. Then a 0.80 m wide ceiling plate c is placed on the ribs. The ribs b must be laid exactly at right angles to the main girders using an angle or four angular small boards. After the ceiling has been completed, the remaining joints between the panels are cast from above with cement plaster and smoothed out.
