Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines ehromierbaren grünen 1VlonoazofarbstofPes. Das vorliegende Verfahren betrifft die Darstellung eines chromierbaren grünen Mono azofarbstoffes und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man dianotiertes 6-Nitro-4-chlor-2-amino- phenol mit 1-Phenylamino-8-naphtol-4,6-di- sulfonsäure kuppelt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 18,85 kg 6-Nitro-4-chlor-2-aminophenol werden in 500 Liter Wasser und der nötigen Menge Natronlauge gelöst, mit 6,9 kg Nitrit versetzt und durch Einlaufenlassen in 90 Liter 10 o/oige Salzsäure bei 5 dianotiert. Die Diazoverbindung wird alkalisch, essigsauer oder neutral mit 39,5 kg 1-Phenylamino-8- naphtol-4,6-disulfonsäure vereinigt. Nach Be endigung der Kupplung wird erwärmt, mit Salz gefällt, filtriert und getrocknet.
Der fertige Farbstoff, ein dunkles Pulver, löst sich in Wasser mit blauer, in verdünnter Natronlauge mit graublauer, in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit roter, in Alkohol mit röt- licbblauer Farbe. Er färbt auf Wolle in nachchromierter Färbung ein Grün von guten Eigenschaften.
