Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren Farbstoffes der Anthrachinonreihe. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren Farbstoffes der Anthrachinon- reihe, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist,
dass man 1-amino-4-halogenanthrachinon-2- sulfosaures Natrium mit m-aminophenyl- sulfonessigsaurem Natrium zur Umsetzung bringt und in dem so erhaltenen Farbstoff die Carboxylgruppe durch Behandeln mit Äthylalkohol und gasförmiger Salzsäure in die Carboxyäthylestergruppe überführt.
Der Farbstoff färbt Wolle aus saurem Bade in klaren blauen Tönen von guten Echt heitseigenschaften.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 32 Gewichtsteile m-aminophenylsulfon- essigsaures Natrium werden mit 40 Gewichts teilen 1-amino-4-bromanthrachinon-2-sulfo- ssurem Natrium, & 0 Gewichtsteilen 10%iger Natriumkarbonatlösung, 1 Gewichtsteil Kup- èrehlortir und 120 Gewichtsteilen Wasser mehrere Stunden zum gelinden Sieden erhitzt. Der gebildete blaue Farbstoff wird durch Ansäuern mit verdünnter Salzsäure abge schieden.
Die so erhaltene Farbstoffsäure wird durch Behandeln mit Äthylalkohol und gasförmiger Salzsäure in den Äthylester über geführt.
Der so erhaltene Farbstoff färbt Wolle aus saurem Bade in klaren blauen Tönen von guten Echtheitseigenschaften.

that 1-amino-4-halogenanthraquinone-2-sulfonic acid sodium is reacted with m-aminophenyl sulfonacetic acid sodium and the carboxyl group in the dye thus obtained is converted into the carboxyethyl ester group by treatment with ethyl alcohol and gaseous hydrochloric acid.
The dye dyes wool from an acid bath in clear blue tones with good fastness properties.
<I> Example: </I> 32 parts by weight of m-aminophenylsulphonacetic acid sodium are combined with 40 parts by weight of 1-amino-4-bromoanthraquinone-2-sulphonic acid sodium, & 0 parts by weight of 10% sodium carbonate solution, 1 part by weight of cupric chloride and 120 parts by weight of water heated to a gentle boil for several hours. The blue dye formed is separated out by acidification with dilute hydrochloric acid.
The dye acid obtained in this way is passed into the ethyl ester by treatment with ethyl alcohol and gaseous hydrochloric acid.
The dye thus obtained dyes wool from an acid bath in clear blue shades with good fastness properties.
