Description
Additional patent to main patent no. 159886. Building board for furniture, walls, doors and the like. The main patent relates to a building panel for furniture, doors, walls and the like, which has a frame which is covered on both sides by plywood panels, with a minimum fitted wood fiber insulation panel connected to one of the plywood panels in the space between the plywood panels within the frame.
In a further development of this building board is now according to the present invention between tween the two sound-absorbing layers forming plywood sheets except at least the sound-absorbing layer formed by the wood fiber insulation board and at least one low-vibration layer arranged. Through these sound insulators of various types, an extraordinary soundproofness of the plate is achieved together.
In the drawing, the object of the invention is shown in two exemplary embodiments, namely: Fig. 1 the first, Fig. 2 the second example in longitudinal section.
In the embodiment of FIG. 1, 1 is analogous to that in the plate of the wooden frame described in the main patent, and 2 and 3 are the three-layer plywood panels covering it on both sides. These form a first sound insulator, especially when they are painted. With the plywood panels 2 and 3, non-pressed wood fiber insulation panels 4 and 5, which are fitted into the frame opening, are connected, for example cold-glued. These plates 4 and 5 form a second sound insulator which is absorbent.
Between these plates 4 and 5 is a metal sheet 6, for example made of lead or some other metal with a small modulus of elasticity, angeord net, the inertia of which is able to slow down natural vibrations of the plate. This metal sheet 6 thus forms a third insulator, which is inert to vibrations. Through this overall insulation, a good soundproofing is achieved by avoiding direct transmission of the sound through air, as well as one through progressive reflection and one through natural vibrations of the material.
If two wood fiber insulation panels come to lie next to each other, it is advisable to arrange a thin, flexible intermediate layer between the two next to the inertial layer in order to cause the wood fiber insulation panels not to grow lengthways, but to grow towards the flexible intermediate layer then the. Pressure intercepts. This intermediate layer can be, for example, an air layer or a corrugated cardboard layer.
However, the metal layer, which lies between the two layers 4 and 5, according to the example according to FIG. 2, can be designed as a flexible, as well as a low-vibration layer due to the waveform itself.
