Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung einer     Handr        einigungsereme.       Die bisher bekannt gewordenen Verfah  ren zur     Herstellung    cremeartiger Reini  gungsmassen liefern alle Produkte. die aus  Seifen bestehen, welche zur Erzielung der       salbenförmigen    Konsistenz stark     wasserhal-          lig    sind, oder die zur Verbesserung der reini  genden Eigenschaften     Halogenkohlenwasser-          stoffe    beigemischt enthalten, die einen unan  genehmen Geruch verursachen und zudem in  folge starken Fettentzuges die Haut schädi  gen können.  



  Demgegenüber kann gemäss dem Ver  fahren der vorliegenden Erfindung ein Pro  dukt erhalten werden, das nur sehr wenig  Wasser enthält und vollkommen frei ist von       Halogenkohlenwasserstoffen.    Es ist nicht  fettend und greift, trotz seiner vorzüglichen  Wirkung, die die Entfernung von Flecken  aller Art wie Tinte, Tintenstift, 01, Fett,  Russ, Ölfarbe, Schmiere ohne Anwendung  von     Wasser    und Seife gestattet, .die Haut ab  solut nicht an.  



  Das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren wird so  durchgeführt, dass man einem zweckmässig    auf zirka 45   erwärmten Gemisch von  Glyzerin, Alkohol und Kalilauge eine Mi  schung von Stearin und Mineralöl, vorzugs  weise     Vaselinöl    zusetzt und das Gemisch so  lange rührt, bis es eine salbenartige     Kon-          sistenz    aufweist. Vorteilhaft wird der Masse  noch Borax zugesetzt, was vor, während oder  nach der     Verseifung    geschehen kann.  



  Beispielsweise kann das Verfahren so  ausgeführt werden, dass man eine Mischung  von 10 Gewichtsteilen Glyzerin, 2 Gewichts  teilen Borax., 13 Gewichtsteilen 50%iger  Kalilauge und 51 Gewichtsteilen Alkohol  auf 45   C anwärmt und in dieselbe eine  Mischung von 5 Gewichtsteilen     Vaselinöl    mit  24 Gewichtsteilen Stearin     zurührt    und das  Rühren so lange fortsetzt, bis die Reaktions  mischung salbenförmig geworden ist.

  The method according to the invention is carried out in such a way that a mixture of stearin and mineral oil, preferably vaseline oil, is added to a mixture of glycerine, alcohol and potassium hydroxide, which is expediently heated to about 45, and the mixture is stirred until it has an ointment-like consistency. Borax is also advantageously added to the mass, which can be done before, during or after the saponification.
