Description
Terfahren zur Herstellung eines wertvollen SullIerungsproduktes. Im Hauptpatent Nr. 148482 ist ein Ver fahren zur Herstellung eines wertvollen Sul- fierungsproduktes beschrieben, das insbeson dere darin besteht, dass man Rizinusölsäure- amid bei An- oder Abwesenheit von Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmitteln mit sulfierend. wir kenden Mitteln behandelt.
Es wurde nun gefunden, doss man in ana loger Weise ebenfalls ein wertvolles Sul- fierungsprodukt erhalten kann, wenn man Ölsäurediäthylamid mit sulflerend wirkenden Mitteln, z. B. Schwefelsäure, Schwefelsäure- monohydrat, Oleum, Chlorsulfonsäure usw., vorteilhaft bei niederen Temperaturen be handelt.
Das erhaltene Produkt zeichnet sich durch ein besonders hohes Netzvermögen aus. <I>Beispiel:</I> <B>100</B> Gewichtsteile Olsäurediäthylamid werden in<B>800</B> Gewichtsteilen Trichloräthylen gelöst und mit<B>85</B> (4ewichtsteilen Schwefel- säure,monohydi-at, vorteilhaft bei einer Tem peratur unter<B>0 "</B> C, behandelt. Nach dem Ver- dünnen mit Eiswasser trennt man die untere Schicht ab und neutralisiert sie.
Die hierbei erhaltene, in der Regel klare Lösung, trübt sich bei weiterem Zusatz von Wasser und trennt sich nach einigem Stehen in zwei Schichten, von welchen die untere, das Trichloräthylen und die nicht mit Schwef el- säure in Reaktion getretenen Bestandteile enthaltende, abgezogen wird. Die obere Schicht, die noch etwas Trichloräthylen und Wasser enthält, wird so weit abgedampft, bis das Produkt den gewünschten Gehalt an stilfier- tem Ölsäurediäthylamid aufweist.
