Description
Zweigangweuhselgetriebe, insbesondere an Kraftfahrzeugen. Nach dem Hauptpatent ist ein Zweigang wechselgetriebe, im besonderen für Kraft fahrzeuge, mit zwei Klauenkupplungen mit abgeschrägten Stirnflächen der Klauenzähne ,geschützt, bei dem die Klauenkupplungen infolge der Abschrägungen wechselweise als Überholungskupplungen ohne mittlere Ruhe stellung wirken, indem die Abschrägungen die Kupplungshälften solange voneinander abweisen, bis die vorher schnellere Kupp lungshälfte beginnt, die langsamere zu wer den.
Derartige Zweiganggetriebe können nach dem Hauptpatent mit Vorteil auch vor oder hinter einem andern Wechselgetriebe an geordnet werden.
Die vorliegende Erfindung befasst sich mit einem derartigen Zusammenbau eines sol chen Zweigangwechselgetriebes mit einem andern Wechselgetriebe und sie besteht darin, da13 bei .einer solchen Kombination zweier Getriebe wahlweise das .eine oder .das andere der Räderpaare des Zweiganggetriebes zum Antrieb der Neben- oder Vorgelegewelle des zusammengebauten Getriebes dient. Auf sol che Weise wird im besonderen der Vorteil der Ersparnis eines Räderpaares und der eines ausserordentlich kompakten Zusammen baues der beiden Getriebe erreicht.
Am einfachsten gestaltet sich die erfin dungsgemässe Konstruktion in solcher Weise, dass die Hauptwellen des Zweiganggetriebes und des damit zusammengebauten weiteren Wechselgetriebes gleichachsig angeordnet werden. Dabei kann es zweckmässig sein, diesen gemeinsamen Hauptwellenzug an einer Stelle durch eine Kupplung zu unterbrechen. Auch die Nebenwellen des Zweigangwechsel getriebes und die des mit ihm zusammenge bauten weiteren Getriebes werden vorteilhaf- terweise gleichachsig angeordnet, und aus einem Stück gefertigt. In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs beispiel eines erfindungsgemässen Zusammen baues eines Zweigangwechselgetriebes nach dem Hauptpatent mit einem Dreigangge triebe schematisch dargestellt.
Es sind in den Figuren sechs verschiedene Schaltstellungen dargestellt.
Das Zweigangwechselgetriebe nach dem Hauptpatent besteht auch hier aus den Rä derpaaren 2, 11 und 6, 12, wobei zwischen den mit Kupplungszähnen ausgerüsteten Rä dern 2 und 6 die Kupplungsmuffe 3 auf die treibende Welle 1 verschiebbar aufgesetzt ist. Das Rad 2 sitzt lose drehbar auf der treibenden Welle 1 und das Rad 6 ist auf den Wellenteil 8 aufgekeilt, welcher in einem Lager 9 ruht und durch eine besondere Kupp lung 13, 14 mit der getriebenen Welle 5 verbunden werden kann. Der eint Teil, 13, dieser Kupplung ist auf den Wellenteil 8 aufgekeilt, während der andere Kupplungs teil 14, mit dem- Verschieberad 15 des an schliessenden Wechselgetriebes vereinigt ist.
Zu dem anschliessenden Wechselgetriebe ge hören auf der getriebenen Welle 5 ausser dem Verschieberad 15 das Verschieberad 16 und die auf die Nebenwelle 10 aufgek eilten Rä der 17 und 18.
Mit .den verschiedenen Schaltungen wer den in dem kombinierten Getriebe die in den Figuren dargestellten Räderstellungen er reicht.
Fig. 1 zeigt die Stellung der Räder für den direkten Gang. Hierbei sind die Räder 15, 17 und 16, 18 des angeschlossenen Wech selgetriebes sämtlich ausser Wirkung und die Kupplungsmuffe 3 steht mit dem Rad 6 in Eingriff und gleichzeitig ist die Wel lenkupplung 13, 14 eingerückt. Es besteht somit eine direkte Verbindung der Wellen 1, 8 und 5.
In Fig. 2 erfolgt der Antrieb der getrie benen Welle 5 über die Räder 2, 11 und 12, 6 bei eingerückter Wellenkupplung 13, 14. Die Kupplungsmuffe 3 ist in die linke Stel lung verschoben, in der sie mit dem Rad 2 in Eingriff steht. Gemäss Fig. 3 stehen die Räder 17, 15 des angeschlossenen Getriebes in Eingriff. Die Wellenkupplung 13, 14 ist ausgerückt. Die Kupplungsmuffe 3 befindet sich in Ein griff mit dem Rade 2.
Fig. 4 zeigt die gleiche Stellung des zwei ten Wechselgetriebes, nämlich die Räder 17, 1.5 in Eingriff; die Wellenkupplung 13, 14 ist ausgerückt. Die Kupplungsmuffe 3 ist mit dem Rad 6 gekuppelt.
Bei Fig. 5 sind die Räder 18, 16 des zweiten Getriebes miteinander in Eingriff, wobei die Wellenkupplung 13, 14 ausgerückt ist. Die Muffe 3 des Zweiganggetriebes ist gekuppelt mit dem Rad 2.
Fig. 6 zeigt wiederum die in Eingriff befindlichen Räder 18, 16 des angeschlos senen Getriebes und bei ebenfalls ausgerück ter Wellenkupplung 1'3, 14. Die Muffe 3 greift in das Rad 6 ein.
Gemäss Fig. 1, 4 und 6 bildet das Räder paar 6, 12 des Zweigangwechselgetriebes den konstanten Trieb des anschliessenden Wech selgetriebes und nach Fig. 2, 3 und 5 ist das Räderpaar 2, 11 des Zweigangwechsel getriebes als konstanter Trieb verwendet.

Such two-speed transmissions can be arranged according to the main patent with advantage in front of or behind another change gear.
The present invention is concerned with such an assembly of such a two-speed change-speed transmission with another change-speed transmission and it consists in that, in such a combination of two transmissions, either one or the other of the pairs of gears of the two-speed transmission to drive the auxiliary or countershaft of the assembled transmission is used. In such a way, the advantage of saving a pair of wheels and that of an extremely compact assembly of the two transmissions is achieved in particular.
The simplest way of constructing the construction according to the invention is that the main shafts of the two-speed transmission and of the further change-speed transmission assembled therewith are arranged coaxially. It can be useful to interrupt this common main shaft train at one point by a coupling. The auxiliary shafts of the two-speed change gearbox and those of the additional gearbox assembled with it are also advantageously arranged coaxially and made from one piece. In the drawing, an embodiment example of an inventive assembly of a two-speed change transmission according to the main patent with a Dreigangge transmission is shown schematically.
There are six different switching positions shown in the figures.
The two-speed change gearbox according to the main patent also consists of the pairs of wheels 2, 11 and 6, 12, with the coupling sleeve 3 slidably mounted on the driving shaft 1 between the wheels 2 and 6 equipped with coupling teeth. The wheel 2 sits loosely rotatable on the driving shaft 1 and the wheel 6 is keyed onto the shaft part 8, which rests in a bearing 9 and can be connected to the driven shaft 5 by a special coupling 13, 14. The one part, 13, of this coupling is keyed onto the shaft part 8, while the other coupling part 14 is combined with the sliding gear 15 of the gearbox that is closing.
To the subsequent change-speed gear, on the driven shaft 5, apart from the shift wheel 15, the shift wheel 16 and the wheels 17 and 18 which are attached to the secondary shaft 10 are heard.

Fig. 1 shows the position of the wheels for direct gear. Here, the wheels 15, 17 and 16, 18 of the connected Wech selgetriebes are all out of action and the coupling sleeve 3 is in engagement with the wheel 6 and at the same time the Wel steering clutch 13, 14 is engaged. There is thus a direct connection between shafts 1, 8 and 5.
In Fig. 2, the drive of the geared shaft 5 takes place via the wheels 2, 11 and 12, 6 with the shaft coupling 13, 14 engaged. The coupling sleeve 3 is moved to the left position in which it is in engagement with the wheel 2 . According to FIG. 3, the wheels 17, 15 of the connected transmission are in engagement. The shaft coupling 13, 14 is disengaged. The coupling sleeve 3 is in a grip with the wheel 2.
Fig. 4 shows the same position of the two-th gearbox, namely the wheels 17, 1.5 in engagement; the shaft coupling 13, 14 is disengaged. The coupling sleeve 3 is coupled to the wheel 6.
In FIG. 5, the wheels 18, 16 of the second transmission are in engagement with one another, the shaft coupling 13, 14 being disengaged. The sleeve 3 of the two-speed transmission is coupled to the wheel 2.
6 again shows the engaged wheels 18, 16 of the connected transmission and with the shaft coupling 1'3, 14 also disengaged.
According to Fig. 1, 4 and 6, the pair of wheels 6, 12 of the two-speed change gearbox forms the constant drive of the subsequent Wech selgetriebes and according to Fig. 2, 3 and 5, the pair of wheels 2, 11 of the two-speed change gearbox is used as a constant drive.
