Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Azofarb-          atoffes,    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die       Diazoverbindung    von     4=Amino-3-methylbexa-          hydrodiphenyl    mit     1-Toluolsulfamino-8-oxy-          naphtalin-3.6-disulfosäure    kuppelt. Der so  erhaltene     Farbstoff    färbt Wolle in klaren,  roten Tönen an.  



       Beispiel:     Eine salzsaure Lösung von 18,9 kg     4-          Amino-3-methylhexahydrodiphenyl    in etwa  80 Liter heissem Wasser wird in eine Mischung  von 20 Liter Salzsäure     (spez.    Gewicht<B>=</B> 1,155)  und Eis zugegeben. Die so entstandene  Suspension wird mit einer Lösung von 6,9 kg       Natriumnitrit    in etwa     50Liter    Wasser bei etwa  5-10<B>0</B>     diazotiert,    wobei die     Diazoverbindung       in Lösung geht.

   Die so erhaltene     Diazover-          bindung    kuppelt man bei etwa<B>10'</B> mit einer  Lösung von 50 kg     1-toluolsulfami o-8-oxy-          naphtalin-3.6-disulfosaurem    Natrium und  30 kg Soda.

       Example: A hydrochloric acid solution of 18.9 kg of 4-amino-3-methylhexahydrodiphenyl in about 80 liters of hot water is added to a mixture of 20 liters of hydrochloric acid (specific weight <B> = </B> 1.155) and ice. The resulting suspension is diazotized with a solution of 6.9 kg of sodium nitrite in about 50 liters of water at about 5-10 <B> 0 </B>, the diazo compound going into solution.

   The diazo compound obtained in this way is coupled at about 10 'with a solution of 50 kg of 1-toluenesulfami, 8-oxynaphthalene-3.6-disulfonic acid and 30 kg of sodium carbonate.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Azofarb- stoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Diazoverbindung von 4-Amino-3-methylhexa- hydrodiphenyl mit 1-Toluolsulfamino-8-oxy- naphtalin-3.6-disulfosäure kuppelt. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff färbt Wolle in klaren, roten Tönen ,an. PATENT CLAIM: Process for the production of an azo dye, characterized in that the diazo compound of 4-amino-3-methylhexa-hydrodiphenyl is coupled with 1-toluenesulfamino-8-oxynaphthalene-3,6-disulfonic acid.
