Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Küpenfarbstoffes    der     Benzanthronpsrazolanthronreihe.       Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung  ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines       Küpenfarbstoffes    der     Benzanthronpyrazol-          anthronreihe,    welches dadurch gekennzeich  net ist, dass man Di-Bz-l-Benzanthronyl-Py-         1-Py-1'-(1.9.5.10-dipyrazolanthron)    mit  einem alkalischen Kondensationsmittel, wie       3tzkali    in Gegenwart von Alkohol, behan  delt.

   Der Reaktionsverlauf ist vermutlich  folgender:

    Der so gewonnene Farbstoff bildet eine       braunstichig    violette Paste oder ein dunkel  braunes Pulver, das sich in konzentrierter    Schwefelsäure mit     olivegrüner    Farbe löst.  Aus seiner     violettroten    alkalischen     Hydro-          sulfitküpe,    aus der sich leicht ein rotes Leu-           kosalz    ausscheidet, wird Baumwolle in echten       rotstichigblauen    Tönen angefärbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  20 Gewichtsteile     Di-Bz-l-Benzanthronyl-          Py-1-Py-1'-(1.9.5.10-dipyrazolanthron)    wer  den in eine auf zirka<B>150</B> bis 160   erhitzte  Schmelze aus 100 Gewichtsteilen     Ätzkali    und  100 Gewichtsteilen Alkohol eingetragen und  3 Stunden lang bei gleicher Temperatur ver  rührt. Dann wird mit Wasser verdünnt, vor  handene     Leukoverbindung    mit Luft ausgebla  sen, filtriert und gewaschen.

   Der Farbstoff  stellt eine     braunstichig    violette Paste     bezw.     ein dunkelbraunes Pulver dar, das sich in  konzentrierter Schwefelsäure olivgrün     löst.     Aus einer     violettroten    alkalischen     Hydro-          sulfitküpe,    aus der sich leicht ein rotes       Leukosalz    ausscheidet, wird Baumwolle in  echten     rotstichigblauen    Tönen angefärbt.  



  Das angewandte Ausgangsmaterial ist  durch Kondensation von einem Molekül     Di-          p37razolanthron        (vergleiche    Berichte der       Deutschen,    Chemischen Gesellschaft, Band  45, Seite 2246) mit zwei Molekülen     Bz-1-          Brombenzanthron    erhältlich. Aus sehr viel       Nitrobenzol    kristallisiert das     Di-Bz-l-Benz-          anthronyl-Py-1-Py-1'-(1    . 9<B>.5.</B>     10-dipyrazol-          anthron)    in orangegelben Kristallen, die beim    Erhitzen bis 450   noch nicht schmelzen.  Konzentrierte Schwefelsäure löst mit rot  gelber Farbe.
