Gehörschutzvorrichtung. Es gibt Gehörschutzvorrichtungen, ge bildet aus einem in den Gehörgang ein zusetzenden Pfropfen, zwecks Schutzes der Hörorgane, zum Beispiel gegen starke Luft druckwellen, die beispielsweise durch das Abfeuern von Geschossen bewirkt werden, gegen Eindringen von Wasser beim Schwim men beziehungsweise von Fremdkörpern in das Ohr usw.
Die den Erfindungsgegenstand bildende Gehörschutzvorrichtung besteht aus einem zum Einsetzen in den Gehörbang dienenden Pfropfen mit an der Ohrmuschel anzugreifen bestimmtem Sperrorgan. Durch dasselbe soll der Pfropfen an Ort und Stelle gesichert werden, während bisher bezügliche Vorkeh rungen fehlten, so dass keine Gewähr für Festsitzen des Schutzpfropfens geboten war.
Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausfährungs- beispiel dieser Gehörschutzvorrichtung in Fig. 1 in Anwendung und in Fig. 2 für sich (im Schnitt) dargestellt.
Es ist 1 der Schutzpfropfen, welcher aus anpassungsfähigem Stoff, zum Beispiel aus Kautschuk, besteht und die Form eines Bechers hat. Am Boden des becherförmigen Pfropfens 1 greift das durch eine Blatt feder 2 gebildete Sperrorgan an, das zwei verschieden lange, gebogene Arme 3 und 4 aufweist. Die federnden Bogenarme 3 und 4, welche mit ihrem, vom Pfropfen 1 abragen- den Ende auseinanderstreben, sind am freien Ende mit einem zum Beispiel aus Kautschuk bestehenden Polster 5 beziehungsweise 6 versehen.
Aus Fig. 1 ist ersichtlich, dass der Pfrop fen 1 dadurch in seiner Lage im Gehörgang des Ohres A gesichert ist, dass ihm durch die beiden Bogenarme 3 und 4 an in bezug auf die Längsmittelebene des Pfropfens links- und rechtsseitig davon liegenden Stellen Stützpunkte an der Ohrmuschel B gegeben sind.
Die Schutzvorrichtung könnte eventuell mittelst eines Kettchens mit einem auf das Ohr aufzusetzenden, offenen Haltering (Bügel) ausgerüstet sein, um . gewünschtenfalls vor übergehend ausser Gebrauch am Ohr belassen werden zu können.
Das Sperrorgan könnte auch aus einer Drahtfeder bestehen und könnten an den Schenkelenden des gezeichneten Sperrorgans an Stelle von Polstern auch Metallstücke vorgesehen sein, ebenso könnte der Schutz pfropfen durch ein Metallstück gebildet sein, das mit einer Gummischicht überzogen ist.
Hearing protection device. The hearing protection device forming the subject matter of the invention consists of a plug which is used to be inserted into the auditory bang and has a locking member intended to be engaged with the auricle. By the same, the plug should be secured in place, while previously related provisions were missing, so that there was no guarantee that the protective plug would stick.
In the drawing, an embodiment of this hearing protection device is shown in FIG. 1 in use and in FIG. 2 by itself (in section).
It is 1 the protective stopper, which is made of an adaptable material, for example rubber, and has the shape of a cup. At the bottom of the cup-shaped plug 1 engages the locking member formed by a leaf spring 2, which has two curved arms 3 and 4 of different lengths. The resilient bow arms 3 and 4, which strut apart with their end protruding from the plug 1, are provided at the free end with a pad 5 or 6 made of rubber, for example.
From Fig. 1 it can be seen that the Pfrop fen 1 is secured in its position in the auditory canal of the ear A that it is supported by the two arched arms 3 and 4 at points on the left and right sides thereof with respect to the longitudinal center plane of the plug the auricle B are given.
The protective device could possibly be equipped by means of a chain with an open retaining ring (bracket) to be placed on the ear in order to. if desired, to be left on the ear temporarily out of use.
The locking member could also consist of a wire spring and metal pieces could be provided instead of pads at the leg ends of the locking member shown, and the protective plug could also be formed by a metal piece that is coated with a rubber layer.
