Description
Tür- und Fenstersteller. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Tür- und Fenstersteller,. der aus einem zwei unter sich in einem spitzen Winkel stehen den Schenkeln gebildeten Körper besteht.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist in der Zeich nung in zwei beispielsweisen Ausführungs formen dargestellt, und es zeigt: Fig.1 eine erste Ausführungsform in einem Schaubild, Fig. 2 eine zweite Ausführungs form in Seitenansicht, Fig. 3 einen teilweisen Grundriss zu Fig. 2, Fig. 4 einen Tür- und Fenstersteller nach Fig. 1 in einer Gebrauchs lage an einem Fenster in Seitenansicht und Fig. 5 einen Schnitt nach der Linie A--A der Fig. 4. .
Gemäss Fig. 1 ist der ':für- und Fenster steller aus einem V-förmigen Band gebildet aus federndem Material, und es sind die beiden Schenkel a, die unter einem spitzen Winkel gegeneinander geneigt sind, mittelst eines Bogenteils b unter sich verbunden, wäh rend deren freie Enden c etwas nach aussen abgebogen sind. Dem einen Armende ist eine Kette d angegliedert, mittelst welcher er an einer Ringschraube e befestigt ist. Bei der zweiten Ausführungsform nach Fig. 2, 3 ist der eine Schenkel f durch einen starren Körper gebildet, und diesem. ein fe dernder Schenkel g mittelst einer Niete h auf gesetzt.
Der starre Schenkel f ist mittelst einer Kette i mit einer Befestigungsschraube k verbunden.
Die Verwendung des Tür- und Fenster stellers kann bei einem Fenster in der Weise erfolgen, dass bei geöffnetem ,Fenster der Fenstersteller mit der Spitze voran in den Schlitz zwischen dem Fensterflügelrahmen d und dem Fensterrahmen m eingesteckt wird (Fig.4, 5),undzwar vorteilhafterweiseoberhalb der Fensterangel n und dabei womöglich das obere Ende desselben umgreifend. Dabei wird der Fenstersteller durch Federwirkung, und sofern er die Angel umgreift, auch durch diese in seiner Gebrauchslage gehalten, und ein Zuschlagen des Fensters verhindert.

According to Fig. 1 is the ': for and window actuator from a V-shaped band formed from resilient material, and there are the two legs a, which are inclined at an acute angle to each other, connected to each other by means of a curved part b, wäh rend whose free ends c are bent slightly outwards. A chain d is attached to one end of the arm, by means of which it is attached to an eyebolt e. In the second embodiment according to FIGS. 2, 3, one leg f is formed by a rigid body, and this. a resilient leg g set on by means of a rivet h.
The rigid leg f is connected to a fastening screw k by means of a chain i.
The door and window regulator can be used with a window in such a way that when the window is open, the window regulator is inserted tip first into the slot between the sash frame d and the window frame m (FIGS. 4, 5), and indeed advantageously above the window hinge n and possibly encompassing the upper end thereof. The window regulator is held in its position of use by spring action, and if it grips around the hinge, it is also held in its position of use, and the window is prevented from slamming shut.
