Description

  

  Schuhnagel aus Metall mit elastischem Kopf.    Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Schuh  nagel mit einem     elastischen    Kopf. Dieser  Nagel hat den Vorteil, einerseits die Sohlen  vor Abnützung zu schützen und anderseits  ein weiches     Auftreten        beim    Gehen zu ge  währleisten.  



  In beigegebener Zeichnung ist der Erfin  dungsgegenstand in zwei Ausführungsbei  spielen dargestellt, und zwar in     Fig.    1 in  vertikalem Längsschnitt, während     Fig.    2  den elastischen Kopf des gleichen Beispiels  zeigt;     Fig.    3 stellt das andere Beispiel in  Ansicht dar.  



  Der hülsenförmige Metallring 1     (Fig.    1)  ist längs seines einen Randes nach     innen    um  gebogen und trägt am andern Rand eine  Mehrzahl von Zacken 2, welche zur     Befesti-          :;

  ung    des Nagels an der Schuhsohle bestimmt       sind.    In den Metallring ist ein     pfropfenför-          miger"Körper    3 aus Gummi oder anderem  elastischem Material eingesetzt, welcher den  elastischen Kopf bildet und welcher zum  Zwecke seiner Verstärkung und um ein Her  ausfallen aus dem Metallring zu     verunmög-          lichen,    eine     Armierung    in Form eines f edern-    den Ringes 4 trägt.     Statt    des letzteren  könnte auch ein Metallplättchen oder eine  Kombination von     Verstärkungsrippen    vor  gesehen sein.  



  Wie in     Fig.    3 dargestellt, greift der Me  tallring 1     in    den     elastischen    Kopf ein und  umfasst die     Mittelpartie    seines Bodenteils,  während der Randteil den Ring umgibt.  Letzterer bildet derart eine Armierung des  Nagelkopfes.

  The sleeve-shaped metal ring 1 (FIG. 1) is bent inwards along its one edge and has a plurality of prongs 2 on the other edge, which are used for fastening:;

  determination of the nail on the shoe sole. A plug-shaped body 3 made of rubber or other elastic material is inserted into the metal ring, which forms the elastic head and which, for the purpose of reinforcing it and to prevent it from falling out of the metal ring, is reinforced in the form of a spring - carries the ring 4. Instead of the latter, a metal plate or a combination of reinforcing ribs could also be provided.



  As shown in Fig. 3, the Me tallring 1 engages in the elastic head and comprises the central part of its bottom part, while the edge part surrounds the ring. The latter forms a reinforcement of the nail head.

PATENT CLAIM: A metal shoe nail with an elastic head, characterized by a sleeved metal ring provided with a plurality of prongs, which is bent inward along one edge and into which a body forming the nail head is inserted. SUB-CLAIMS: 1. Shoe nail according to claim, characterized in that the sleeve-shaped metal ring engages in the elastic body and thereby forms a reinforcement of the nail head. ?.

Shoe nail according to patent claim, characterized in that a resilient ring is provided to reinforce the elastic head. 3. Shoe nail according to claim, characterized in that the reinforcement of the elastic head consists of a combi nation of reinforcing ribs.
