Description
Insulating covering for buildings and civil engineering. The present invention is an insulating covering for buildings and civil engineering, which has a very high insulating capacity. This purpose is achieved according to the invention in that a thin sheet of aluminum is embedded between two layers of water-tight material. This aluminum sheet absorbs any tensile stresses.
The layers of waterproof material can consist of asphalt, tar, asphalt cardboard, etc., for example. The insulation coating can be brought onto the market in ready-to-use panels or rolls, or it can be created on site. The strips or plates of the aluminum sheet metal insert can be soldered together or otherwise connected to one another. The sheet metal insert can also be perforated to allow a connection between the upper and lower layers of waterproof material.
