Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines neuen     Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen  Farbstoff erhält, wenn man die     3-Oxynaph-          tlialiri-1,8-dilzarbonsiiure    mit     diazotiertem        5-          Nitro-2-arnino-l-plieirol    kuppelt und den so  erhaltenen     Farbstoff    mit     Chromfluorid    behan  delt. Der neue     Farbstoff    bildet ein schwärz  liches Pulver, löst sich in Wasser unter Zu  satz von Natronlauge mit violetter Farbe und  erzeugt im     Chromdruck.    auf Baumwolle sehr  echte graue Töne.  



       Beispiel:     15,4 Teile     5-Niti,o-2-amino-l-phenol    werden  wie üblich     diazotiert    und in eine Lösung von  <B>21,6</B> Teilen     3-Oxynaphtbaiin-1,8-dilzarbon-          säureanhydrid,    8 Teilen     Natronlauge    und 40  Teilen Soda in 500 Teilen Wasser einge  tragen.     AIan    rührt, bis die     Diazoverbindung     verschwunden ist. Hierauf salzt man     finit     Kochsalz aus     und    filtriert den ausgeschiedenen  Farbstoff.  



  22 Teile des     Dinatriumsalzes    des Farb  stoffes werden in 500 Teilen Wasser gelöst    und     finit    einer     Fluorchromlösung,    entsprechend  10 Teilen     Cra03,    versetzt.     Man    kocht einige  Zeit, zweckmässig in Gegenwart von     Cxlas-          pulver,    filtriert, löst den Rückstand in ver  dünnter Natronlauge auf, filtriert, neutralisiert  mit Mineralsäure und fällt den     Farbstoff    durch  Kochsalz aus.

PATENTANSPRUCH Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die 3-Oxynaphthalin-1,8-dikarbonsäure mit di- azotiertem 5-Nitro-2-amirio-l-pheriol kuppelt und den so erhaltenen Farbstoff mit Chrom- fluorid behandelt. Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein schwärzliches Pulver, löst sich in Wasser unter Zusatz von Natronlauge mit violetter Farbe und erzeugt im Chromdruck auf Baum wolle sehr echte graue Töne.
