Description
Ölfeuerung. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Ölfeuerung und besteht darin, dass im Feuerraum ein vom Brennstoffstrahl getroffener, elektrisch heizbarer Körper angeordnet ist, mittelst welchem der Brennstoff Zwecks Inbetrieb setzung der Feuerung angezündet werden kann.
Auf der Zeichnung ist. ein Ausführungs beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes zur Darstellung gebracht.
In Fig. 1 ist eine Ölfeuerung mit beweg lichem Zündstab teilweise im Schnitt gezeich net; Fig. 2 ist ein Schnitt nach der Linie TI-II der Fig. 1.
Durch die Düse 1 tritt der zerstäubte Brennstoff in den Feuerraum. Der Glüh- körper 2, aus Material mit hoher Schmelz- und Zerstörungstemperatur, wird von einer gabelförmigen Tragvorrichtung 3 gehalten. Diese besteht aus einem Material, das bei den im Feuerraum auftretenden Temperatu ren nicht weich wird. In der ausgezogen ge zeichneten Lage befindet sich der Glüh- körper in der Zündstellung, während die Ruhestellung strichpunktiert angegeben ist. Der Traghebel 3 ist in der Welle 4 gelagert.
Durch den Handgriff 5 kann die Vorrich tung au2 der strichpunktiert gezeichneten Ruhestellung in die Zündstellung gebracht werden. Der Heizstrom wird bei den festen Klemmen 6 den beweglichen Kontakten 8 zugeführt. Die beweglichen Kontakte 8 sind fest mit der den Glühstab tragenden Gabel 3 verbunden. Letztere dient gleichzeitig dazu, den Strom dem Glühstab zuzuführen. Sie ist daher durch die Isolation 9 von der Welle 4 elektrisch isoliert.
Das Eigengewicht der Vorrichtung sucht diese um die Welle 4 in die strichpunktiert gezeichnete Lage zu drehen. Der Glühstab kann daher nur in der Zündstellung ver harren, wenn die Vorrichtung durch einen Druck auf den Handgriff 5 dahin verbracht wird. Sobald der Handgriff 5 losgelassen wird, dreht sich die Vorrichtung unter dem Einfluss des Eigengewichtes um die Welle 4 und kehrt in die strichpunktiert gezeichnete Ruhestellung zurück, wobei sich gleichzeitig die festen Kontakte 7 und die beweglichen Kontakte 8, trennen, wodurch die Stromzu fuhr unterbrochen wird. Die ganze Vorrich tung ist auf einer leicht wegnehmbaren Platte 10 aufgebaut, so dass sie leicht aus gebaut werden kann, wenn dies für die Aus wechslung der Glühstäbe erforderlich ist.

In Fig. 1, an oil furnace with movable Lichem ignition rod is partially in section drawn net; FIG. 2 is a section along the line TI-II of FIG. 1.
The atomized fuel enters the combustion chamber through the nozzle 1. The incandescent body 2, made of material with a high melting and destruction temperature, is held by a fork-shaped support device 3. This consists of a material that does not become soft at the temperatures occurring in the combustion chamber. In the position shown in solid lines, the incandescent body is in the ignition position, while the rest position is indicated by dash-dotted lines. The support lever 3 is mounted in the shaft 4.
By means of the handle 5, the device au2 can be brought into the ignition position from the rest position shown in dash-dotted lines. The heating current is supplied to the movable contacts 8 at the fixed terminals 6. The movable contacts 8 are firmly connected to the fork 3 carrying the glow rod. The latter also serves to supply the current to the glow rod. It is therefore electrically isolated from the shaft 4 by the insulation 9.
The dead weight of the device tries to rotate it around the shaft 4 in the position shown in dash-dotted lines. The glow rod can therefore only persist in the ignition position when the device is brought there by pressing the handle 5. As soon as the handle 5 is released, the device rotates under the influence of its own weight around the shaft 4 and returns to the rest position shown in phantom, at the same time the fixed contacts 7 and the movable contacts 8 separate, whereby the Stromzu drove is interrupted . The whole Vorrich device is built on an easily removable plate 10 so that it can be easily built out if this is required for the change of the glow rods.
