Description
Zwischenwand-Feststelleinrichtung, insbesondere für Möbel. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Zwischenwand-Feststelleinrichtung, insbesondere für Möbel, z. B. für horizontale Zwischenwände wie Tablare, oder auch ver tikale Zwischenwände von Schränken etc. Sie besitzt einerseits einen Zapfen als Ele ment der Zwischenwand, anderseits eine Reihe von Lagern für diesen Zapfen als Element des feststehenden Teils, an welche Lager sich auf einer Seite je eine schiefe Fläche an schliesst, wobei eines der genannten Elemente eine Federung aufweist, das Ganze derart,
dass der Zapfen nach der Seite der schiefen Fläche hin unter federndem .Ausweichen des einen Teils ausgefahren werden kann, wäh rend die Rückfederung dieses Teils automa tisches Feststellen zu bewirken vermag. Das ermöglicht eine leichte und einfache Verstel lung der Zwischenwand.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstan des dargestellt, und zwar in Fig. 1-5 eine Tablar-Feststelleinrichtung eines Schrankes und in Fig. 6-8 eine Feststelleinrichtung einer vertikalen Zwischenwand.
Dabei zeigen: Fig. 1 die Frontansicht eines Teils des Elementes des feststehenden Teils, das an der Seitenwand des Schrankes anzubringen ist, Fig. 2 die Tablar-Feststelleinrichtung im Vertikalschnitt, Fig. 3 einen Schnitt nach der Linie A-4 der Fig. 1, Fig. 4 und 5 ein Detail in zwei verschie denen Ausführungen.
Fig. 6 den Aufriss teilweise im Schnitt der zweiten Ausführungsform, Fig. 7 den Seitenriss dazu, Fig. 8 den Grundriss des Elementes des feststehenden Teils.
Die in Fig. 1-4 dargestellte Tablar-Fest- stelleinrichtung besitzt an den Seitenwänden 8 des Schrankes vorn und hinten auf jeder Seite je ein mittelst Schrauben 2 befestigtes Metallband 1, in welches Schlitze 3 gestanzt sind, und zwar so, dass ausgestanzte Zungen 4 noch mit dem Band zusammenhängen, die schräg nach innen abgebogen sind. In das Tablar T ist zu beiden Seiten je vorn und hinten ungefähr bündig mit seinen Stirnseiten je eine Hülse 5 eingelassen (es ist nur eine solche gezeichnet), in welchen ein Bolzen 6 verschiebbar ist.
Dieser wird durch eine Fe der 7 nach aussen gedrückt, so dass er als Zapfen in einen Schlitz 3 eingreift, welcher dem Zapfen als Lager dient, wodurch das Tablar getragen wird. Ringsum die Hülse ist noch eine Zwinge 8 in das im dargestellten Falle aus Holz gedachte Tablar eingelassen, so dass sie nach aussen bündig ist, um grössere Festigkeit zu erreichen. Die Zwinge kann z. B. die in Fig. 4 oder Fig. 5 dargestellte Form besitzen.
Die beschriebene Einrichtung ermöglicht eine sehr leichte und einfache Verstellung des Tablars. Wird dieses angehoben, so wird der Bolzen durch die schiefe Fläche der Zungen 4 in die Hülse 5 hineingedrängt; bei Erreichen des nächsten Lagerschlitzes 3 wird er durch den Federdruck wieder heraus geschoben und das Tablar so automatisch wieder festgestellt. Da keine losen Teile vorhanden sind, ist das Verlieren solcher aus geschlossen.
Bei der in Fig. 6-8 dargestellten Ein richtung zum Feststellen vertikaler Zwischen wände sind die Lagerschlitze 9 mit den Zun gen quer zur Längsrichtung des Metallbandes 10 angeordnet. Je ein solches ist vorn und hinten z. B. am Boden B und an der Decke (nicht dargestellt) des Schrankfaches ange ordnet, welches durch eine vertikale Zwischen wand B' unterteilt wird. Die Konstruktion des Zapfens 6 ist dieselbe wie im vorbe- schriebenen Beispiel.
Die Zwischenwand kann nach vorn aus dem Lager herausgezogen werden, wobei der Zapfen durch die schiefe Fläche der Lagerzunge in seine Hülse hin eingedrängt wird, sodann auf dem Boden seitwärts verschoben und nachher an der gewünschten Stelle wieder in ein Lager ein geschoben werden, wo sie durch den heraus springenden Zapfen wieder festgestellt wird.
Die beschriebenen Einrichtungen ermög lichen auch eine einfache Herstellung der selben.
Der Bolzen könnte auch ohne Hülse direkt in die Zwischenwand federnd eingesetzt wer den. Statt eines Metallbandes könnte das Element des feststehenden Teils auch eine z. B. hölzerne Zahnleiste sein. Ferner könnte die Federung statt am Bolzen 6 auch am Metallband vorgesehen sein.

B. for horizontal partitions such as trays, or ver vertical partitions of cabinets, etc. It has on the one hand a pin as element of the partition, on the other hand a number of bearings for this pin as an element of the fixed part, which camp is on one side an inclined surface closes, whereby one of the named elements has a suspension, the whole in such a way
that the pin can be extended to the side of the inclined surface under resilient evasion of one part, while the spring back of this part is able to bring about automatic locking. This enables easy and simple adjustment of the partition wall.
In the accompanying drawings, two embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown, namely in Fig. 1-5 a tray locking device of a cabinet and in Fig. 6-8 a locking device of a vertical partition.
1 shows the front view of part of the element of the fixed part which is to be attached to the side wall of the cabinet, FIG. 2 shows the shelf locking device in vertical section, FIG. 3 shows a section along line A-4 of FIG , Figs. 4 and 5 show a detail in two different versions.
6 shows the elevation partly in section of the second embodiment, FIG. 7 shows the side elevation thereof, FIG. 8 shows the plan view of the element of the fixed part.
The tray locking device shown in FIGS. 1-4 has on the side walls 8 of the cabinet front and back on each side a metal band 1 fastened by means of screws 2, in which slots 3 are punched, in such a way that punched out tongues 4 still related to the tape, which are bent inwards at an angle. A sleeve 5 is inserted into the tray T on both sides at the front and rear approximately flush with its end faces (only one is shown), in which a bolt 6 can be displaced.
This is pressed outwards by a spring 7, so that it engages as a pin in a slot 3, which serves as a bearing for the pin, whereby the tray is supported. Around the sleeve, a clamp 8 is also embedded in the tray, which is made of wood in the case shown, so that it is flush on the outside in order to achieve greater strength. The clamp can e.g. B. have the shape shown in FIG. 4 or FIG.
The device described enables a very easy and simple adjustment of the tray. If this is raised, the bolt is pushed into the sleeve 5 by the inclined surface of the tongues 4; when the next bearing slot 3 is reached, it is pushed out again by the spring pressure and the tray is automatically fixed again. Since there are no loose parts, they cannot be lost.
In the A device shown in Fig. 6-8 for detecting vertical intermediate walls, the bearing slots 9 are arranged with the tong gene transversely to the longitudinal direction of the metal strip 10. The partition can be pulled out of the bearing forwards, the pin being forced into its sleeve through the inclined surface of the bearing tongue, then shifted sideways on the floor and then pushed back into a bearing at the desired location, where it is pushed through the pin jumping out is determined again.
The facilities described enable easy manufacture of the same.
The bolt could resiliently inserted directly into the partition without a sleeve. Instead of a metal band, the element of the fixed part could also be a z. B. be wooden rack. Furthermore, the suspension could also be provided on the metal strip instead of on the bolt 6.
