Description
Gipsbrennofen mit um eine stehende Welle umlaufendein Rührwerk. Der schematisch dargestellte, ein Beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes bildende Gips brennofen besitzt einen eingemauerten eiser nen Behält-er a, an dessen Aussenfl5,che elek- triselie Heizwiderstände tragende Rohre b an gebracht sind. Im Boden des Behälters liegt ein verschliessbares Abflussrohr c und im In nern dreht sich ein Rührwerk,<B>d,</B> dessen hohle Arme mit elektrischen Widerständen e aus gefüllt sind.
Die Zuleitung zu diesen Wider- sländen ist durch die hohle Achse J zu den Schleifringen<B>g</B> geführt. Der Deckel des Be- #m1 tn hälters h, trägt eine Anschlussöffnung i für Dampfableitung und eine ebensolche,<B>k,</B> für die Roligipszuführung. Das Austragen erfolgt durch Öffnen des Bodenversehlusses in und gleializeitiges Drehen des Rührwerkes.
Beim dargestellten Ofen zur Herstellung tD <B>Z,</B> von gebranntem Gips tragen also sowohl die Wandungen des Gipsbehälters, wie insbeson dere das Rührwerk elektrische Heizkörper. Dadurcli wird eine rasche und gleichmässige Durchwärmung der Füllung erzielt.

In the bottom of the container there is a closable drain pipe c and an agitator rotates inside, <B> d, </B> whose hollow arms are filled with electrical resistors e.
The supply line to these resistors is led through the hollow axis J to the slip rings <B> g </B>. The lid of the container h has a connection opening i for steam discharge and a similar one, <B> k, </B> for the Roligips supply. Discharge takes place by opening the bottom seal and turning the agitator at the same time.
In the case of the furnace shown for the production of burnt gypsum, both the walls of the gypsum container and, in particular, the agitator carry electric heating elements. Dadurcli ensures rapid and even heating of the filling.
