Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de détermination de l'intégrité d'un bouchon (12) d'un puits pétrolier (10), le procédé comportant les étapes suivantes : - modélisation numérique d'au moins une caractéristique structurelle du bouchon (12), au cours du temps, lors de la solidification du bouchon (12) dans les conditions de profondeur;10 - détection, au cours du temps, de la formation d'un micro-annulaire (25) et/ou de la détérioration du bouchon (12) en fonction de l'au moins une caractéristique structurelle du bouchon (12) par rapport à un critère de formation d'un micro-annulaire (25) et/ou de rupture; - lorsque la formation d'un micro-annulaire (25) est détectée,15 modélisation numérique d'au moins une caractéristique structurelle du bouchon (12), au cours du temps, lors de la solidification du bouchon (12) dans les conditions de profondeur en fonction de l'évolution dimensionnelle du micro-annulaire (25) au cours du temps; et - si le micro-annulaire (25) s'étend entre deux points critiques (A-D) du20 puis (10) et/ou si le bouchon (12) est détérioré, détection d'un défaut sur le bouchon (12).
