Abstract
Selon l'invention, un mode de réalisation non limitatif donné à titre d'exemple concerne un système qui comprend une installation de chargement/déchargement, un appareil utilisateur ayant une interface utilisateur configurée pour communiquer avec un conducteur d'un véhicule de livraison/ramassage, et un appareil administrateur configuré pour communiquer avec l'appareil utilisateur et l'installation de chargement/déchargement. L'appareil utilisateur est situé à distance de l'installation de chargement/déchargement. Le conducteur s'enregistre auprès de l'appareil utilisateur et l'appareil administrateur coordonne l'arrivée du véhicule de livraison/ramassage dans l'installation de chargement/déchargement.
