Abstract
La présente invention concerne un système d'entraînement direct, porteur de charge, pour entraîner un ventilateur dans un système de refroidissement tel qu'une tour de refroidissement humide, un échangeur de chaleur refroidi par air, un système de CVC, une tour de refroidissement hybride, une tour mécanique ou un système refroidisseur. La présente invention concerne également un système de commande de processus variable qui se base sur l'intégration d'éléments et de caractéristiques essentiels tels que les performances thermiques de tours, la vitesse et le débit d'air de ventilateur, le couple moteur, le pas de ventilateur, la vitesse de ventilateur, les propriétés aérodynamiques de ventilateur et le débit de pompe. Le système de commande de processus variable traite des signaux de rétroaction provenant d'emplacements multiples afin de commander un moteur porteur de charge à couple élevé, à vitesse variable faible pour entraîner le ventilateur.
