Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de déballage de cartons permettant d'enlever des piles de cartons ou des flancs de cartons depuis des caisses ou des contenants comprenant un transporteur d'alimentation en caisses sur lequel les caisses dans lesquelles les cartons ou les flancs de cartons sont empilés sont déplacées vers un ensemble retournement. L'ensemble retournement réoriente les caisses et les place, les cartons étant empilés dedans, sur un ensemble de déballage qui enlève les caisses des piles de cartons. Les piles de cartons sont ensuite transportées le long d'un transporteur de chargeur, les piles de cartons étant soutenues par un ensemble pousseur de piles au fur et à mesure que les cartons sont déplacés vers un point de décharge au niveau de l'extrémité distale du transporteur de chargeur.
