Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé servant à rénover un regard d'égout et comprenant les étapes suivantes: a. appliquer un film tubulaire (40) gonflable sur une forme (38) correspondant au profil de regard d'égout, b. enrouler et/ou placer au moins une bande textile (46, 46') étirable du film tubulaire (40) appliqué sur la forme (38), au moins une bande longitudinale (48) non étirable, résistant à la traction, étant aussi placée dans la direction axiale entre les bandes (46, 46'), c. appliquer une gaine de protection (52) enfermant le revêtement (50) fabriqué de cette façon, d. enlever le revêtement (50) de la forme (38) réduite dans la direction radiale, e. insérer le revêtement (50) dans un regard d'égout (10) à rénover et introduire un sac (66) étanche à la pression dans le film tubulaire (40) intérieur du revêtement (50), f. obturer le revêtement (50) à l'extrémité supérieure et le gonfler jusqu'à ce qu'il repose contre la paroi (34) du regard, g. durcir le revêtement (50) imprégné de résine. Pour produire le revêtement (50), on se sert d'une forme (38) variable qui est composée de modules (38-1, 38-2, 38-3) de forme et grandeur différentes correspondant au regard d'égout (10) à rénover.
