Abstract

Lamélioration dInconel 625 et dautres matériaux dapport à base de nickel et de fer est nécessaire pour améliorer les caractéristiques mécaniques de soudures à température élevée en évitant en même temps les craquelures en zone thermiquement affectée de lInconel 738, du GTD111 et dautres superalliages à teneur élevée de phase ?. Un matériau dapport est décrit pour le soudage de superalliages contenant de 0,4 à 0,8 % massique de bore; de 0,2 à 0,8 % massique de carbone; de 20 à 23 % massique de chrome; de 8 à 12 % massique de molybdène; de 3,15 à 4,14 % massique de niobium; dune quantité trace à 5 % massique de fer; dune quantité trace à 1,4 % massique combiné de microéléments dalliage (titane, silicium et manganine); et du nickel contenant des impuretés pour compléter. Cela peut permettre la production de soudures très résistantes pour minimiser et éliminer les craquelures en zone thermiquement affectée de lInconel 738, du GTD111 et dautres superalliages à base de nickel, et améliorer les caractéristiques mécaniques de soudures de divers alliages à base de nickel et de fer.
