Abstract
La présente invention concerne une broche d~enrouleuse de voile (1). La broche comprend une paroi tubulaire et des nervures longitudinales (2) s~étendant radialement vers l~intérieur depuis la paroi. Ladite broche est formée dans un matériau composite polymère renforcé par des fibres. Le matériau polymère est généralement anisotrope et présente les résistances nécessaires dans des directions spécifiques de par la conception orientée des fibres de renforcement. Il peut contenir des fibres de renforcement disposées essentiellement parallèlement à l~axe longitudinal de la broche, des fibres disposées dans les nervures longitudinales, des fibres disposées essentiellement perpendiculairement à l~axe longitudinal de la broche et/ou des fibres disposées selon au moins un angle différent de 90° par rapport à l~axe longitudinal de la broche. Les fibres de renforcement peuvent inclure un ou plusieurs des éléments sélectionnés parmi le verre, le carbone, un polyamide aromatique tel que l~Aramide et d~autres fibres polymères, naturelles (d~origine végétale) et/ou métalliques.
